The location is closed to klcc and the roof swimming pool view is stunning with twin towers. The service has great room to improve.

The hotel is new. But frankly speaking, the service is not qualified. First, the service counter or room service counter has no one answer the calls awlays. Second, the lift is always full and so slow. Third, although the swimming pool is so beautiful, there is urine smell beside the pool. Moreover, the water quality seems not clean enough.

The location was great. Pool was incredible! There was an issues of too many people and not enough elevators. We were constantly waiting for at least 5-10 mins every time we needed to use the elevator. I booked this hotel for the bathtub and the pressure was not strong enough. It would have taken hours to fill up the tub so I was very disappointed as I never got to take a bath. Nice and friendly staff but very understaffed so hard to get hold of them when you called for help.

Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

This hotel has the moste excellent infinity pool with a view. The angle is perfect to see both towers and the KL Tower. Sunset is gorgeous from the pool. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The Hotel location is about a 10min walk from KLCC and the Patrona Towers. Only advice I can give is to check out a little earlier as the elevators are a pain in the neck trying to go down for check out at 12.

Great view at the infinity pool,
Everything was great as we check in late at 10pm , but please ensure to check out early as the waiting lifts time is approx 30min due to huge check out .
Restaurant reception is great but some kitchen staffs service can be improved.
Overall with such amount paid cannot complaint.

This room is at high level floor 33F. Location is good and bed is so so comfortable. breakfast has so many choice as well . this is my extension day and will back next time too !!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. For the first time, it's okay. it's just that I'm not satisfied with the television because it's in Chinese. I would like to suggest to set the English language to be easier. overall, this hotel is very interesting but unfortunately, for the second time. there is an air cond problem for my room. it leaked and water came out causing the carpet to become wet. one more . for television, still same as previous room in chinese.
