The price we paid wasn't cheap but we wanted a decent accommodation and the ratings looked pretty great,so I thought!. In reality,I would not recommend this place to anyone. The first bad impression as I walked in was, when we had to bring the luggages into the room yourself. Hotel is next to the train line, the bed shook as if there was an earthquake!. The chaotic noise from the busy /high traffic road was enough to drive you insane 24 hrs (slightly less during the night). The room was dark, the lighting was beyond poor, windows sealed . Bedsheets were well used, turned grey and towels were like floor rugs. They never changed our bedsheets the 5 days we stayed there. Bathroom area was restricted with no decent utility & shelvings. You have to put your toiletries on the shelve above the toilet. There was never enough toilet papers so if you need some ,you have get down to get it yourself as there's no staff to do this for you. Due to lack of ventilation, the Smell of mould and toilet was strong. They provide breakfast but you'll have the most basic like one type of cereals ,white sliced bread and boiled eggs and a few old fruits , coffee and tea. That's all, every day the same. The only good thing is the station is closed by and 7/11 store is next door. I already paid in full so they wouldn't give us our money back. Our holiday was a desaster As we couldn't sleep due to noises,as a result we got sick. We never got to relax,it is very upsetting. This is my first review,I want to warn other people to not rely on ratings, pay attention to the comments .

This apartment has no windows unless it has to pay a high price room. But there is a direct bus at the door to the long-distance bus station to take the bus to Pattaya

I had essentially a serviced flat on the 7th floor with a lovely green view (thus the name). Incredible value for what you get: small living room/kitchen with big fridge, bathroom, and separate bedroom, plus a washing machine and two balconies. It is a fair distance from anywhere, but they have a shuttle that leaves on the hour to 4 drop-off/pick-up points in the area: a health spa, Big C supermarket, the closest BTS station, Ekkamai, and a 7/11. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay there!

It's far from the station, but it's a manageable distance. Please note that the hotel does not face 65th Street. It would be nice if there was a sign at the entrance of the alley. The hotel is in a residential area, quiet and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. Is it hard for tourists because there are only local stalls and shops around? Seven-Eleven is located at the entrance to 65th Street.

I had the pleasure of experiencing two nights here recently and I can attest that the facilities at this hostel residence were excepcional for such a short stay in a capacious dormitory room furnished with capsules, especially the laundry area on the rooftop which allowed me access to the disinfecting action of sunlight, and which afforded me an interesting take on the adjacent rooftops which were mostly fashioned from some type of corrugated metal sheeting. The showers were very clean although some of their taps were a tad tricky to open and could do with some handles, but apart from that they could be alternated between blasts of hot and cold to reinvigorate and that they certainly did, creating a potent start to a brisk walking day.

I had a great experience at Beat Hotel. Front reception service was always good & helpful. Changed my room immediately when I found the safe box wasn’t working. Totally love the quirky decor! Room was clean. However, there was a musty smell when I first moved in probably due to the drop in tourist arrivals since the pandemic. The location is good- close to the BTS station and there’s a 7-11 right in front. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Bangkok.
