Th hotel itself is very good, good staff kind and very attentive, room very clean, big and spacious
The gym shouldn’t have a rule to not let people inside shirtless half naked, is not nice to see …
The pool which is full of signs “not run and not jump” should limited kids from jumping and noise around…
For the rest everything is ok.
Only one disappointing which not clear if because hotel or Trip.com, this is the only hotel when booking, trip.com keep the whole amount of the room as deposit, plus when you arrive in hotel have to pay again the full amount of the room rate + again 1,000 thb for hotel deposit .
So on few words this will cost more than double
At now after already 6 hours check out, I didn’t get back my deposit from trip.com and no update from them yet!

Hotel is huge. We had our rooms at 34th floor. Pool, kids play area and balcony are only for show off for photo, and barely usable. 5ft pool only good for 4-5 people at a time. Pool is on the 8th floor. Far from BTS. Has in house mini mart for shopping. Location is not ideal for Bangkok trip. 30 minutes drive to anywhere worth visiting. Good hotel but bad location and fake playground area and tiny pool. Good breakfast.

Only stayed there briefly for one night before returning home, but very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms were alright, a little bit old but to be expected. Nice to have a fully functional kitchen with dishes and cutlery too.

The location is ok, but the hotel facilities are a little old, and the things used in the room are not very good, especially the slippers are not comfortable.
