酒店前台小哥服務很好，一路領航到酒店，就因為修路，繞了很大的彎路到了酒店，離百魔洞近，周邊環境臟亂差，到處都是修路挖地的，沒有一家像樣的飯店，基本都是養生館。酒店是純公寓附帶酒店，其實也談不上酒店，設施老化，一進門有一個很大的蟑螂，沒有拍照，晚上又發現一個，照片看看。我住的位置基本是見不到陽光的，樓和樓離的很近。酒店的有專屬停車場離酒店有一段距離，對自駕拖行李有一定困難，好在酒店提供手拉車，路非常臟粉塵很大。酒店提供洗衣機冰箱廚房枱麪。這次巴馬行體驗感太差，還是需要眼見為實耳聽為虛呀。

房間衞生極差，被芯尿漬，血漬，臭蟲蟑螂滿屋子跑。垃圾筐塑料袋都沒有。電梯內大片的污垢。

整體還算可以，晚上特別安靜，就是設施有點老舊。離百魔洞很近，樓下吃飯很方便。四面環山，盤陽河在酒店後面流過，遊客還可以去打免費的弱鹼性的山泉水回家，也可到百魔洞前蹭氧蹭地磁。

老闆親自在前台坐鎮， 加強管理， 服務很熱心 ！比較負責的老闆。
房間設施有年頭不錯， 但被子很乾凈， 每天打掃 ， 最關鍵是廁所有通風窗， 是對外面的， 所以沒有異味， 而且外面的山裡的空氣在循環， 屋裡空氣清新
因為點評看到各種吐槽， 自己帶着被子， 被套過去的， 結果沒用上， 本身很乾凈， 不必用自己帶的被套啦
還有一點， 巴馬旅遊旺季， 但深圳人家沒有盲目大幅漲價， 比較親民的價格啦。

酒店入住感最糟糕的一次。辦入住手續時，前台小姐姐高冷傲慢，打開酒店房門後，一股異味撲鼻而來，床上枕頭、床單和被套上都有污漬，躺床上忐忑不安，我對巴馬的印象一落千丈！

酒店隔音不好。衞生也一般。設施也很簡單。與同價位的商務便捷酒店相差很大。優點就是離百魔洞很近。住這同棟樓的基本都是養老養病的。客服服務還行。換了床單與新燒水壺，好！
