Novotel Surfers Paradise

Honestly, this is the most satisfying hotel experience I've had in all my years of traveling. The balcony truly overlooks the ocean! Even if you don't go out all day, just sitting on the balcony, daydreaming while gazing at the Gold Coast, is something I'd happily do. The sea breeze makes for such a pleasant mood. Seriously, this hotel has significantly enhanced my impression of the Gold Coast. I was reluctant to leave. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. It's a mere three to four-minute walk from the tram station, and on the first floor downstairs is a Woolworths supermarket – super convenient! Another three to four-minute walk brings you to Surfers Paradise Beach, surrounded by numerous restaurants. You couldn't ask for a more convenient spot. The room we booked was also fantastic. It was a family room with two separate bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with two double beds. The balcony faces the sea, perfect for quietly enjoying the ocean view. The hotel breakfast was also abundant and varied daily, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to the Gold Coast.

A decent, established 4-star hotel. It boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the Gold Coast, very close to the beach and public transport. This makes it convenient for dining, shopping, and visiting attractions. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, though the ocean view rooms don't directly face the beach and have some obstructions. The breakfast spread is quite generous. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old. Overall, it's still a good value-for-money option in this area.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is super convenient. My Gold Coast trip was truly enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Gold Coast.
