The staffs were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived and been super helpful to address our requests throughout our stay. However the room cleanliness could be improved as there was a chinese white liquor cap on the floor (near the bed) and black color sand like substances on the floor in our room. As for facilities, we missed the swimming pool but it's ok cause Orchard road is just few stops away (bus stop to Orchard Road) to keep the family busy. Aside from these, we are happy with the stay.

We are with kids and back for summer holidays and stayed 23 nights. It’s a lovely big 1 br apartment with old school charm, but you’re guaranteed privacy as it’s not over populated, and yet you get access to Shangri-La hotel’s facilities! Location is good that it’s a short walk to orchard road though the pavement up and down the slope on orange grove isn’t the best for walking. The staff and service is the best here compared to even other 5 star hotels as they look after more familiar longer staying guests. Definitely would come back!

Excellent service overall, but serious air conditioning issues severely affected my sleep experience. Throughout my stay, the hotel's service team was professional; concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all satisfactory. Unfortunately, a major issue with the in-room air conditioning system severely impacted my overall experience. **The Problem:** Every night, the AC would automatically increase the temperature to around 28°C (likely a system preset or malfunction), causing me to wake up feeling uncomfortably hot multiple times and forcing me to manually readjust it. Given Singapore's hot and humid climate, a comfortable room temperature is vital for a good night's sleep. This problem led to several nights of disturbed sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted during the day. **Recommendations:** 1. Please have your engineering department investigate the AC control system to determine the cause of the automatic nighttime temperature adjustment. 2. If this is an energy-saving setting, I recommend proactively informing guests during check-in or allowing them to lock the temperature via the control panel. 3. Consider offering compensation to affected guests.

I highly recommend this hotel. This time I traveled with my daughter. Considering the long time, I chose an apartment hotel. At first, I chose this hotel with a try-it-out mentality. I didn't expect that after moving in, the kitchen, various tableware, washing machine, living room, balcony are all available. The room is also large and the environment is good. The key is that living here feels as comfortable as at home! Great! I will stay here when I come to Singapore in the future!

We used to stay in the same facility before it was taken over by Assembly. I must say that it has come down in quality and value, quite dramatically. Covid may account for some of the decline for sure, but my impression is that this Assembly organization is in hot pursuit of every penny or percentage increase in ROI that they can eke out, or squeeze out of their customers. The staff is smaller and less customer oriented, and it seems that they are doing the minimum required of their owner/management because they are being paid the minimum possible (my educated guess based upon many visits in the past 10 years, and many casual conversations with others). Here is what we witnessed. The room was not yet renovated, so the price (i believe) was a bit lower than the renovated units. Nonethless, there is no excuse for the lack of housekeeping services rendered (I think it was just once or twice per week that the unit was serviced). Upon arrival : The unit is far less desirable than the many other 58 Stevens units we have rented in the past. 1. Upon walking in we smell a very unpleasant moldy, musty odor and upon looking around it seems there is mold on the kitchen window shade. See pictures attached. 2. A week ago I called directly to Assembly to ask or request if there was a suitable and safe pan for frying eggs and such. I was told there should be. However, upon a quick look at the pan it is evident that it is broken, and worn thru the cooking surface, not at all suitable for safe use. There were no pots either, and only after complaining to the front desk, the attendant was nice enough to dig up a new set of pots for us to use. Outside vendors, car drivers, etc. seem to be allowed to smoke their cigarettes in front of 58 Stevens, and are allowed to leave a pile of cigarrette butts at the entrance to the residences. Dao is located quite near Tg Pagar eating area for lunch and dinner options. But limited breakfast choices. Dao adopts unfair practices and only gives complimentary parking (1 per day) for booking made direct with them vs those made on third party apps. This should be made known to 3pty app users as the parking cost is exorbitant at $5.40/hr. Breakfast options are limited and so is sitting space. Staff at reception are not friendly but housekeeping staff are great and detailed.

Amazing Family-Friendly Stay! We had an overall very good experience staying at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront during our family trip. The hotel is truly family-friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety that our whole family enjoyed. Overall, all the staff were very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Poh at the reception—he was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a room upgrade which we really appreciated! Also, Mr. Vincent at the front door guest service always welcomed us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. His hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t wait to come back, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay next week in Singapore at this wonderful hotel again!

This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall subway station. The ambiance is fantastic – it feels spacious and elegant, is spotlessly clean, and boasts excellent, well-appointed facilities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and all services were impeccable. We had an early morning flight and couldn't wait for breakfast to open, so the restaurant thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us early in the morning and left it at the front desk, making it convenient for us to pick up when checking out. I stayed at lyf Bugis as a solo traveller and was very impressed. The hotel's location is excellent, with several MRT stations from different lines within easy walking distance — a huge convenience for getting around Singapore. What I really like about this hotel is its location. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and an MRT station 600 meters away. Considering that hotels in Singapore are expensive, the room size is reasonable for the price. It's suitable for two adults. I stayed with two adults and two small children, so it was a bit cramped. If you bring large suitcases, it might be difficult to arrange them in the room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a mini slide for children. And as for muslim, it is nice that there’s blue mosque not far from hotel

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a fantastic, pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was especially beautiful and we loved the bathtub! The garden-themed furnishings added a charming touch that we really appreciated. There was also a complimentary birthday cake delivered by the staff as well, which we appreciate :) We had requested a room with a nice view and were pleased to be given a high-floor room (Level 14) overlooking the Padang which was a lovely touch. One small point of feedback: we noticed that the toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were manufactured in 2022. It would be great if these could be refreshed to ensure the best guest experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would be happy to return.

My stay at Pan Pacific Singapore completely exceeded my expectations. From service to dining, everything was of a consistently high standard, and the Executive Lounge experience, in particular, was truly memorable. Let's start with the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently explained everything and thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and routes. Any requests were promptly addressed, and even the housekeeping staff seemed to anticipate our needs with a subtle touch. This kind of discreet yet profoundly attentive service truly touched me. Moving on to breakfast – it was a pure joy for someone who suffers from 'choice paralysis'! The restaurant's selection was extensive and the quality consistently high. At the Chinese station, the shrimp dumplings and siu mai boasted thin skins and generous fillings, and the congee was perfectly smooth and rich. The Western section offered freshly baked croissants (crispy outside, soft inside) and authentically delicious bacon and sausages. There were also made-to-order options where you could customize your dishes with various toppings, and the fruit station was impeccably fresh. However, the Executive Lounge was the true highlight. It offers a spacious and comfortable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Afternoon tea here was exquisite and delicious. It's a shame I returned too late one evening and missed the evening bar service. But the 'best in show' award truly goes to the Executive Lounge's breakfast! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it à la carte, but the presentation was incredibly beautiful. And to top it all off, it tasted exceptionally delicious! 😋 Overall, the professional service, the extensive and delicious breakfast, and the high quality of the Executive Lounge all contributed to a truly wonderful trip to Singapore. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Singapore!

Great location. Very close to Marina Sands Bay, only a block away from the National Gallery Singapore, close walk to the Metro, even a Metro exit directly to the mall this hotel is over, so if raining no need to go outside. The room is small but well laid out, we didnt go to Singapore to stay in a hotel. I like the entry door, they have a small blackboard you can write on to personalize your entry, nice artistic touch. It has a laundry room in the lobby, a work out/gym area. Breakfast is a normal hotel breakfast bar.
