This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. Itβs an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. Itβs such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being βall you can eatβ! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

I think the stay was amazing mostly because of the warm, kind and friendly services provided. The staff were amazing and the food was good. Nice pool and I loved the room I got. Some parts needed a refresh of paint but that never stopped the fun so ππ«ΆπΎβ¦

My stay at Paripadi Studio in Bali was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment I stepped foot into this tropical paradise, I was captivated by its beauty and tranquility. The studio's location is superb, nestled amidst lush greenery and just a short stroll away from pristine beaches. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the studio is impeccable, creating an inviting and cozy ambiance. The private pool was a true highlight, offering refreshing dips and moments of pure relaxation under the Bali sun. The hospitality extended by the staff was exceptional. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile and made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, being close to Ikea. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the WiFi worked well throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable; however, the bathroom cleanliness can be improved and the bathroom door wasn't very private, as shadows were visible from outside, which was a bit unsettling. Overall, it's a nice hotel and definitely will be my choice for my future visit.

Nice stay. The room (junior suite) is spacious, the breakfast was fantastic. They served good and varieties food and hot fresh milk. Only some cold bacon already rotten and they were apologise for it. Bathroom was quite slippery so be careful for the elderly. There is also an alley shortcut to the mall which is a convenience. The pool is amazing. Nice stay. Recommended.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. ππππ

The accommodation is in the form of a hostel, but it's no less quality than a hotel. I was a little hesitant at first because there weren't many reviews on several platforms, but I became more convinced after seeing the hostel's Instagram account, which is often updated. The service at this hostel exceeded my expectations. I ordered some items, and the hostel was happy to receive them and put them in my room. I was also welcomed despite arriving at around 11 pm. The atmosphere inside the hostel was very homey, with many guests relaxing in the lobby, so I didn't feel lonely. I liked that atmosphere even though we didn't interact directly. The area around the hostel is very lively, as it faces a big road. There is a convenience store next to the hostel, and there is a mosque opposite the hostel. If you want to find food, you might need to walk for a few minutes. The hostel facilities are very complete, there is a swimming pool, a lobby room on the 1st and 2nd floors, a dining room for breakfast where there is coffee and tea that can be made by yourself, and a parking lot for motorbikes. The hostel rents out motorbikes, but unfortunately, I only found out after I got there. My suggestion would be to publicize it as a plus. I booked a private room even though I was alone, everything I needed was available in the room, from the en suite bathroom, air conditioning, a clothes rack, and a hairdryer. I had previously booked a dormitory-type room, but I changed to a private room. Other places might be cheaper, but I already love this hostel, and my decision to stay there paid off with everything I got. I hope I can come back to Bali and stay at this hostel someday.

1. If youβre looking something close to the airport, then Hilton is a perfect option.
2. The hotel itself is clean and nicely designed and decorated.
3. Spacious rooms, with all the amenities.
4. Breakfast is amazing. With a good variety and nice coffee.
5. The staff is professional and friendly.
Overall great experience. Definitely recommend. Especially, if you want to stay near the airport.
For discovering the island, or if you want to stay near the beach, is not suitable.

But, after reaching, the welcome till bye to the hotel was an awesome and memorable experience. Regret we stayed only around three days! GGuest UserThe most thoughtful hotel I've ever been! It's my 6th time in Bali. Front desk was helpful to book the best third party providers for our Nusa Penida tour to our airport pickup. Hotel complimentary are fun - we did sunrise yoga, aqua yoga, even a photoshoot. We paid for the spa (the MOST deeply relaxing massage - we tried the hot stone massage and maya special massage) and it was leaps and bounds BETTER than the one down the beach at the nest which was already highly raved online. We also booked the Indonesian cooking class - amazing food and recipes and location on roof top. Room is amazing as well, with extremely helpful amenities like a clothing line in bathroom & a huge space next to the tub for fuss free bubble bath relaxation. Also, there's milk bath service for our in-room tub. Amazing. Already recommended to friends and family & we will 100% be back!

LleblebLoved our stay at Hava Ubud. The location was perfect , just 10-15mins away from Ubud central.and the amenities were all clean. Staffs were super friendly and constantly make you feel welcome and safe. They were also helpful in attending our request throughout our stay. Its a shame that we couldnt stay longer.
Only downside was the false advertising from TRIP.COM as the website shows a different picture than the actual rooms. For the deluxe room with bathtub, you actually have to top-up extra (~$1.5million rupiah) for it. Trip.com should specify the room amenities properly to prevent any mixups for other future guests.
Thankfully the service was top notched that made it ok to pay extra for the room we wanted.
My recommendation is to not book from trip.com but from a more reliable provider instead.π

Upon my arrival on July 14th, I had booked a room with a King bed, but upon arrival, I discovered that my room had a twin bed configuration instead. After requesting a change and mentioning that I am a βDiamond Member,β the room was switched to a King bed within 10 minutes. However, there were no welcome amenities set up in the room.
On July 15th, I called reception (dialling β0β) to inquire about breakfast and requested to invite my friend as part of my membership benefits. The receptionist took some time to check and later informed me that if my friend joined me, there would be an additional charge due to hotel policy regarding a third person. I was surprised that the receptionist was not aware that I was staying alone.
Throughout my stay, turndown amenities were never set up, which was disappointing as a βDiamondβ member. It seemed that the hotel overlooked this aspect of service.
On the day of my departure July 18th, which also happened to be my birthday, no one acknowledged this special occasion. During breakfast with my friend, I observed another guest receiving birthday wishes and a cake from the restaurant staff. When my friend informed the staff that it was also my birthday, it took another 10 minutes for a birthday cake to be brought to my table with a birthday song.
Overall, while the hotel's public areas were well-maintained and had a pleasant ambience, the service experience fell short of expectations. I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in ensuring that the service matches the level expected by loyal members like myself. Staff were generally kind and polite, but attention to detail and proactive guest recognition could be enhanced.

GGuest UserVery disappointed stay! Stayed in October 2022 loved it loved everything. This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

GGuest UserAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etcβ¦ The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skillsβ¦. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same thingsβ¦. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beachβ¦.

GGuest UserWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

GGuest UserWe stayed in this guesthouse for a week. We were looking for a quiet place to sleep, far from the chaos of Ubud, the bet is held. It's really isolated, in the middle of the rice fields. The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. They are always there for you and if you have a question or request, they will go out of their way to answer it right away. The room is large and very clean. We asked for an upstairs room and got it. The bed is firm but comfortable. The rooms all have a terrace where you can eat, have breakfast or simply relax. The included breakfast is very simple (choice between omelet and pancakes, fruit juice, and fruit), but sufficient. You can pay extra for extras. There is no restaurant or bar in this guest house, so you will either have to go to the hotel not far away or order your food on Grab/Gojek. We opted for this second option, and it went very well, a huge choice, delivery in less than an hour if you order from a restaurant in Ubud. The staff can also take an order and your money and go 2/3 shopping for you for drinks displayed on the minibar. Every day they gave us a bottle of water each for free. The pool is nice and clean. The air conditioning is very efficient, sometimes even too much! It has to be settled. Sometimes we just ended up cutting it off. You won't be hot. Now, the negative points, because a good opinion must also mention the points to improve: Daylight which passes very easily, the curtains are not very glued to the window so from 5 am we began to have light. It's true that we Europeans are used to sleeping in the dark. In the room there was also a pipe noise, quite sharp, when people were using the water, whether it was us or neighbours. I don't know what it is, maybe a pump, pipes... I don't know if the problem is common to all rooms. Since I'm sensitive enough to noise to sleep, I opted for earplugs, problem solved. Count 3 to 5 euros one way to get around town by ordering a ride on Grab/Gojek. We had the reservation at a very good price because booked early and before the lifting of health restrictions, so we will say that we are very satisfied with our choice. I hope they will improve the two points mentioned above because those were the two things that bothered me.
