Karma Royal Sanur Hotel

The staff was awesome! Very friendly and attentive. I can’t say enough about how nice they were. Rooms are comfortable. It is located on a busy street but our experience was relaxing. I’m not sure what some people expect. There is no lift (elevator) so note that for those who can’t climb. Food was good.

+Clean. Comfy bed. Attractive plants, sculptures. Serene. Friendly staff. Restaurant food ok. Upstairs lounge. Filtered water station in hall. Good location. Pool. Food stall & convenience store outside. Coffee pot, teapot, loose tea/coffee. Toaster. Electric kettle. Tips: No lift. No microwave. Cold shower.

We are Karma members for some years and always enjoy staying at Karma Royal, lovely family atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade and was told this will happen. Swimming pool area is perfect and have had many enjoyable barbecue nights by the pool area.

Their is really nothing to write about the property, it's just that karma group is a trap they are taking so much money and making fool of clients. They are showing people that karma is a luxury and it is not even matching oyo rooms. Their reception staff at hotel is so rude and making faces on all request it's like we are staying free. Very shabby place and that to on the road. Due to which it was so noise all night. I would suggest don't take karma member ship ever this is just a trap nothing more than that.

Location is awesome that it is close to many scuba dive shops etc. Nice walking distance to the beach even though the hotel offers courtesy drop-0ff. Dinning experience was valued nicely. Staff were pleasant and Amazing. The hotel invited members to a Free Sunday Buffet. The Late-Night racing on the main road can be heard which can be disturbing to very light sleepers. I am still likely to vacation here again. Thank you!

Very tired hotel with shabbiness evident everywhere. Very noisy with the major J Ngurah bypass right next to the property. I struggle to understand previous reviews based on my own experience. The bypass is intimidating and scary and has to be crossed to get to the beach which is 2 KM away. This hotel in nowhere near the beach. Have you seen the driving, scooters, cars, and lorries in Bali?! And the associated pollution of exhaust fumes 24/7! Yes, very polite and helpful staff. The restaurant has a very limited menu and would not be enough to not seek other restaurants, which are 10 minutes or more away, bearing in mind the awful bypass that has to be crossed each time. Ultimately by 2nd day of 7, we elected to move to another hotel near the beach, as our restful break was anything but. The hotel we have come to is more typical of what any normal tourist would expect.

We have stayed here for 1 weeks with RCI. Rooms were very clean, staff were also very helpful. They are cleaning rooms, changing bed linens everyday. Reception answers and help all questions that you have and they were also very helpful. We didn't tried any lunch or dinner but, for bar they have happy hour between 17.00-18.00, you can get 1+1 cocktail for 80-100k Rp. Pool can be a bit larger but it is enough for chilling. Only thing that I didn't like is that the location of the hotel is directly on the main street. That means you will hear lots of loud motorbike voices from the street. Unfortunately there is no solution for this problem. As a final word, I would recommend here for my friends. Most probably I would also prefer to stay here again.

It is a nice small property by the main road. There is very little open space and wahtever little space available is taken up by the swimming pool and hence there is practically no space to walk around. The rooms are well appointed and top class. The reception had knowledgeable and friendly staff. The reception staff named Sylvia was exceptionally good. The food available in the restaurant was really good. they could tweak the food to suit our palates and that was really nice. Being close to the main road, buses could accessed easily for local transport; however, we struck to the taxis arranged by the hotel.

Karma royal Sanur is on main road but it's more inside so its quite and perfect relaxing place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Manger Riyan Rasseedeen was very helpful., he arrange everything for us . Unfortunately we didn't meet him as he was away when we reach there.Receptionist lady Siti was friendly and helpful. Good location. There are so many super markets, cloth shops are 15min walking distance. Beach about 30min away.
