I book kingsley hotel miri ,after I check in I go to my room and I saw inside hotel mat very dirty and smelly I thought inside room should be ok what I saw in website but once I enter my room inside too much smelly than outside room even u can’t stand for couple of minute,I complaint to reception than they bring me to other room and there also same thing I don’t want to stand anymore there ,I go counter and asked them for check out but they told me we can’t refund you any money,if anyone plan to stay here please don’t ever stay here otherwise you will just waste your money on this hotel.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! This is by far, the best hotel room I have stayed in Miri. Clean. Very good environment to stay for the night.

Location superb. Cleanliness is ok. For the price, dont expect many amenities. Tv has only one channel. Aircond make noise. Mattress was okay

So far the staff very helpful and the hotel very clean near to supermarket not so far from the city.. only one mistake no tv channels tv only for display because they have technical problem..

Hello everyone, I took my wife mother and my 1 year old son to Meili for a holiday. The hotel is really beautiful with all kinds of modern facilities. The breakfast was quite good (although the three of us only gave 2 coupons). But the hotel facilities are quite good. The only problem is that there are few halal restaurants nearby. It would be best if renting a car here and parked at the hotel. (We rented for three days), other facilities are good. We prefer the cheap rooms so the rooms don’t have a good view (actually in the middle of the corridor.) Overall the experience was quite good.
