This is a great hotel to stay at, the customer service is amazing. This time around we stayed on a weekday so there was no breakfast traffic and my family and I truly felt like at home.

Hotel amenities and customer service were good, breakfast time was a little hectic. They were missing cups and utensils but the desk staff was fast in getting them for the guest. There is also only one waffle maker so the waiting for it is lengthy.
Front desk assistance was very good.

Clean. Nicely laid out. Good breakfast bar with additional option for Starbucks coffee drinks (for an additional,yet reasonable, cost). Great location for my needs and convenient to major thoroughfares NW of the city proper.

Paid for a date i never used. No one helped during my stressful times for one day. I made an error. A small family traveling and no one would help not even the hotel. So sad

Very unpleasant and very overwhelmed checking in.
The staff definitely treat you so bad if you choose to booked on ******* . Or other book apps.
They have housekeeping at 9am knocking on your room.
We waited to check in until 3:30 because the rooms were not ready.
No organization and not professional staff.
They will hold your accidental deposit for weeks.
So make sure to get a receipt at check out to clear out hold with your bank.
They won't provide a receipt on checkout so make sure you get one.

The lady working the front was so sweet and helpful. She ended up having to work a double that night but she never let that change her attitude or professionalism. The gentleman working when we checked out was also very pleasant. Friendly staff is always what will keep customers returning

Only problem was I requested a wake up call and no one called me, making late and almost missing my flight
