I wish I remembered the girls name that checked us in. She was awesome and the only thing that made the hotel enjoyable. I asked for a local pizza and she recommended an amazing restaurant.
My daughter and I checked in, went to dinner, played in the pool and showered. We got ready to put on a movie on the internet TV. Pulled back the comforter and the sheets were filthy!! So gross.
I called down and the same girl that checked us in brought us new keys to the room across the hall.
The pool was miserable cold. It is very small…they used creative photoshop in the add.
The shower is weird. You almost need instruction to operate it. These odd handle things shot out freezing water. It was just odd.
The room had lack of outlets..I didn’t get it. Bring an extension cord.
The location is awesome to the hospital and HWY.

Very nice front desk clerk checked me in. Quick and painless especially since I had prepaid. Will stay here again. Area seems safe. Near Children’s Hospital.

The website stated they had an in-house restaurant, they did not. The pillows were so soft they flattened out 2 minutes after your head laid on them, not a good thing. The bed was firm, so it was ok, it was difficult to figure out the shower, I had to be shown by staff, I have never seen a shower like this before, there was something that you had to pull down on, on the underside of the tub faucet. I lifted the phone beside the bed and discovered chocolate melted to the underside of the telephone. Other than that, the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. You have to enter the hotel from the back side which is not marked with the name of the hotel only the number 13400, so that was interesting. It was, however, close to the Anschutz Medical Campus.

Nice room. Tub did not drain so only one shower possible. Probably due to ice block in drain in below zero temps outside. Would stay again.

I needed a blow dryer and there was not one in our room. I was told aince they were sold out of rooms, they didnt have one they could get for me. I expect more from Marriott.

The hotel is very clean, new and nice for my family of 4. Sometimes there was no hot water for the shower though. The shower had a lever to turn on the water, a knob to turn the temperature and a pull down on the tub spout to change from tub to shower. Many adjus**ents to the temperature wouldn't give us hot water. What did work was to completely turn off the water, wait a few seconds and try again.

Springhill Suites was easy to find, with free on site parking. Desk staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Shuttle service to Anschutz Medical Center available.

I was surprised at the condition of the hotel. I halfway expected it to be awful. It was the opposite. The rooms were cozy. The lobby was beautiful. The only thing about this hotel I didn't fully enjoy was the bed. But everyone has different bed preferences. It was in great shape just not my sleeping preference.

Arrived at hotel and they didn’t have a double queen room as I had booked. Tried to tell me to call ******* to get my money back and were going to charge me for a room. Finally got an upgrade at no cost.
