This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

Great service from the front Desk Kenny. The breakfast staff was very inviting too everyone and the food was hot and fresh. The room I stayed in was clean and had a great view of the city downtown area. The bar staff at night was very pleasant as well. The Chef Jennifer was such a delight and prepared a great meal. Checked out in lightning speed and jumped in my Uber. Great stay! The entire staff from valet to housekeeping deserve recognition. Management has left a good footprint for other hotels to follow.

I has such a wonderful experience for my special day Abigail was so professional and gave me tips of how l should utilize the resources of the hotel . She is truly a gem . I also had a great experience with her team mates Angie and Sean. I had invited a few high profile guest list to share my day and they were all treated like queens as well. Looking forward to coming back soon

Hotel location is good, on the edge of the university, there is a supermarket restaurant nearby. The hotel is many kilometers from Atlanta Airport The room is large, the health is OK, the equipment is too old. The bathroom bath and shampoo could not be squeezed out, reflecting that the bath liquid was changed twice. The room was cleaned after the initiative was requested, and the second day of the application was

Attended weekend swim competition and stayed here with my family for the second time this year. Quiet restful nights. Great, courteous, professional staff, clean facilities, prompt service and good variety of food options for breakfast. Definitely would stay here again & again! The bigger hotels in ATL have paled in comparison. Thank you Hampton!
