The Emerald Bay is a lovely hotel very close to the beach in Nha Trang. We were welcomed by The manager Vo thi my Van and Tran thi my Quynh who is the receptionist both very good at their job's we found that that they wanted to help us organise our stay and help was always on hand thank you to both of you. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor very spacious room which caters for all.

The location of hotel is good and faced the beach which you can easily to have a walk on the beach any time. However, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the SPA service in the hotel was closed and included the gym and other game facilities. By the way, the owner of the restaurant at 3/F was very friendly and kindness to all the guests.

1. Everything is new. It's clean. 2. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind that it makes you feel uncomfortable!! 3. The location is a little far from downtown. Taking Grab downtown costs about 50,000 to 70,000 VND. 4. The view of the 31st floor roof pool is quite nice as it has a view of Vinpearl Island. 5. Listen carefully to requests. 6. Breakfast is okay. (The rice noodles are delicious and the orange juice is very, very good!!!!) 7. There are no shower balls or conditioners among the amenities. 8. I didn’t see any Koreans lol 9. The drain in the shower room is a bit slow. 10. If you want a complete ocean view, avoid suites when choosing a room type. (This is a side view) Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel. First of all, everything is clean and new. It's a bit far from the center, so it's a bit far to walk. I recommend it if you want a city tour of Nha Trang rather than relaxation like a resort. I will come back on my next trip to Nha Trang!!

I feel this hotel is catered more toward domestic tourists. We stayed for three nights and was under whelmed. The staff's English was fairly limited, and the check in process lack luster. No real welcome, or explanation of the facilities, just here is your room and key. The room itself was pretty clean/ tidy. The minibar didn't work, and the LED ***** lights in the wardrobe couldn't be turned off at night...The staff weren't able to help with this. I enquired about a tour booking service and they were not able to help me despite having it listed as a service. The pool was nice enough but the staff working there made it seem we were a bother for wanting to use it, and requesting towels. The breakfast buffet was great and I would recommend it. I know there is nothing the hotel can do, but we had other guests partying in their room for first night (15 people). And the other nights a work conference from Saoviet/Baoviet whom guests were noisy all night and morning yelling down the corridors, without consideration for other guests. What made it worse was that they didn't understand the concept of letting people off a lift before entering. We had to literally shove them out of our way to get out. But being in a large group they were treated better than we were. Good for a clean and tidy room, and breakfast but don't expect much more.

We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

Towels are changed daily. Resepshn is friendly and responds to all requests. Breakfast is a problem. They are oriented to Chinese. And to 8-30 everyone is already eating. There is a toilet, chicken with vegetables, rice and vegetables. Breakfast for three. The air conditioner in the room works perfectly. TV didn't include. There is a full bath in the room. Hot water after a couple of minutes of plum appears. Wi-Fi works weak. Video hangs, social networks are enough. The hotel is definitely matching 3 stars. Recommended

You should only cross out the street to reach it. Be careful of Vietnamese traffic, raise your hand and go slowly. If you have a bike, there is no problem getting to any destinations that you need from a hotel. You should know that the hotel has small parking only for bikes. It seemed that it was only for their staff. But an administrator can allow you to park your bike. Our room was large, so we could do yoga exercises in front of the window. At night when everything is getting ready for sleep, you can hear the noise of the sea. For me, the person who loves quiet, it was unusual. Luckily, those days were packed, as soon as my head touched a pillow I fall asleep after some minutes.

The hotel is not bad, the sea is of course not visible. The hotel is located in an alley where people have fun with songs from morning until night. It’s obvious that you won’t be able to sleep longer in the morning. The dog barks all the time under the window. The walls of the hotel are very thin, you can hear absolutely everything. The pool is not big, there are a lot of people, not enough space for everyone. The beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress is too firm and the pillows are thick, my neck hurts very much. They give you a room on the lower floor, although all the people are accommodated on high floors. Apparently you need to book the most expensive room to have a high floor. There is an opinion that people who came through a tour operator are accommodated on the upper floors. There is no view from the window

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.
