"If you’re looking for a nice hotel SEARCH NO MORE.. this hotel is very nice clean and customer service was fantastic.. it’s close to almost everything. Especially for us … dont think twice… BOOK NOW"
"The hotel is close to the highway but there is a great neighborhood with the MLK center and good cafes on the other side of I-75. This is within walking distance on a good day) Parking is a bit of a hassle and will add on $35-55/day unless you plan out a place to keep your vehicle on the street. Rooms were clean and, coming from aomeone who is sensitive to noise, the sound of the highway thankfully isn’t as bad as some reviews claim. The hotel’s staff and management are kind and professional, the gym is great, and there are many nice spots on each floor to sit and relax. I would recommend booking at the rate we saw on Trip.com (cheaper than other sites offered)"
"The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are comfortable and simple, there is a shuttle bus, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. It is good to spend a little time in the middle of a business trip, and the attitude of the front desk is also good."

"The hotel is right next to CNN. Elevator down to B1, you can go up the stairs to the CNN building, you can participate in the CNN tour, there are some fast food and drink options, there is Starbucks, and a Chinese food. The hotel is only three minutes away from the Olympic Park, and the Coca-Cola Center, the aquarium, etc. across the park are very convenient. But there is no food supermarket or convenience store around the hotel, which is not ideal."
"This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go."

"This hotel was booked to vibe for the new year. Great views. I loved every experience of it. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Smelled good. Nice ambience. I’d come back. The only thing i wish we didn’t have to go through was the spiral parking. Be safe and cautious. Literally 5mph. The breakfast was pretty good. No meat was available. You would have to go to the kitchen downstairs I was told. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."
"The hotel facilities are perfect and clean, except for the order details that need to be marked with breakfast (including breakfast: 20 USD for breakfast), everything else is very good👍"
"Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay."

Great
GGuest UserThe environment and hygiene are good, and the hotel lobby is also very grand.
There are also many large meeting rooms there. So, in addition to tourists, it is also very convenient for business trips to hold meetings.
However, there were not many guests on the day we stayed, so there was no breakfast buffet.
The staff are very willing to come again.
GGuest UserHotel is beautifully decorated. Art deco is nice, but the rooms are severely lacking in amenities. No fridge, microwave or mini bar. When you're in a city typically you eat out a lot and sometimes you wanna hold on to leftovers for later so that was kind of a bummer. The location was great, but the noise was very hard for sleeping. The road is constantly noisy and they put us in a room right above the front door so it was constant talking and cars pulling in. Nice hotel just a shame we didn't have the best visit
GGuest UserI was in Buckhead area for a conference. And I booked this hotel to stay with a couple of friends. This hotel is new and modern. I accidentally went to a ”wrong” Hampton Inn which is down the street. When I came to the right Hampton Inn, I was very pleased with the service, the cleanliness and the modern vibe of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hotel in Buckhead area.
AAnonymous UserJust opposite the aquarium
3-4 minutes walk from World of Coca-Cola
It's also very close to the conference center for meetings.
You can also order a lot when ordering takeout
perfect location
Convenient
The hotel breakfast is also good
If you feel hungry in the middle of the night, you can buy snacks from the store on the first floor.
Even mineral water has to be charged.
No slippers, please bring your own
The coffee machine in the room was used
The boiled water also contains some uncleaned coffee powder.
Bad review on this point
GGuest UserVery nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. *****s letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.
EESTEBAN RAMIREZ DIAQUEThe hotel infrasctructure is quite decent, the rooms are big and the beds are confortable. On the down side, the halls do not smell well and trash bags are scattered outside some rooms and not picked-up quicly. The gym is very good and the breakfast buffet is not so bad.
AAnonymous UserHotel location is good, on the edge of the university, there is a supermarket restaurant nearby. The hotel is many kilometers from Atlanta Airport
The room is large, the health is OK, the equipment is too old.
The bathroom bath and shampoo could not be squeezed out, reflecting that the bath liquid was changed twice.
The room was cleaned after the initiative was requested, and the second day of the application was
GGuest UserThe quality of the black waiter at the front desk of the hotel was poor. The elevator was broken and did not tell us. It made us wait for a long time and ran to complain. She said it was broken and waited for someone to repair it. I told her to have two adjacent rooms, but she gave one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so I have to carry my luggage up.
GGloria1103The waiters were very friendly. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. Walking forward, there is a Chinese restaurant, shopping mall, and subway station. It is convenient for eating and transportation. The breakfast was rich and the room was spacious. High cost performance
GGuest UserThe room is very good, quiet, hygienic, breakfast is great, convenient transportation, good service, is the first choice for home travel, business travel, will recommend and consider the hotel next time.
