Anji Xingchen Argyle Grand Hotel

Facilities: The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, chess and card room, especially the water in the swimming pool is very clear. Hygiene: Hygienic and clean, very comfortable and safe to live in Environment: I came to Anji to play with my friends. After playing, it was very quiet when I went back to sleep. Service: The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and check-in is convenient and efficient.

The overall experience is very poor. There is no bathtub. Secondly, the washing area is very small. There is no partition to change clothes after taking a shower. It is very embarrassing. The air conditioner is noisy. The night light lights up when you move in bed. It suddenly lights up at night and is very uncomfortable. Other facilities are highlighted. Got the pool! It is true that there is a swimming pool on the third floor, but the water is cold and unmanned. There is no way to swim at all. It is not a heated swimming pool, it is just furnished. I wanted to swim in the hotel with my friends on a family trip, but it was empty. It broke the original plan. In the end, the breakfast was very unpleasant and the family room was I really don’t understand that there are only two people in the family now. In short, I won’t stay here again in the future.

The bathroom and bed in the room are open with no door in between. This is not good. After taking a bath and getting dressed in the shower room, there is no privacy. Although the hotel has a swimming pool, the design of the swimming pool is also very strange. The side is one or two meters wide. The place is shallow. As I was walking, I suddenly stepped on a very high step and fell down, and then I reached the deep water area. There was no overstepping, and there was no prompt. It was invincible, and I was shocked. The most important thing was that it was 37 degrees outside. It was such a cold day that the water in the indoor swimming pool was so cold that the children shivered. After a few minutes of playing, the children were so cold that their teeth chattered and they hurried up. It was better not to have this swimming pool. When I originally booked this hotel, I was only interested in having a swimming pool. The children's playground is Outdoors, there is no shelter and it is impossible to play in such a hot day. Many designs of the hotel are really disappointing.

Very bad! ! ! Stop it! ! Hotel room hygiene is very poor. I arrived at the hotel at 1:40 and couldn't check in. The explanation was that there were only 4 aunties cleaning nearly 200 rooms and they were too busy. When I checked in, there was hair all over the floor in the room, and the bathroom was full of cigarette ashes, which was very dirty. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and noisy. The sanitation and water temperature of the swimming pool do not comply with national regulations! ! ! At breakfast the next day, there were too many people, the hard-boiled eggs were all raw, there was no place to sit, and there was nothing to eat! The overall experience is very poor! Stop it!

還是相當不錯的一次入住，很多評論裏説不太好，我認為有失偏駁，唯一不完美的是這酒店空調確實有些問題，但是與管家小凱溝通，晚上已經下班時間仍然加班及時幫忙換房，作為一家酒店員工已經做的很到位了，我認為應該有獎金給這樣的員工，通常很多五星酒店雖有管家服務但也不是每次都高標準，因為平時住酒店概率比較高，但這次確實比較安慰吧，至於硬件設施那應該是裝修時老闆的問題。早上酒店經理還給泡一杯茶給我，這樣的態度與服務，是這家酒店的福星，希望這樣的評論不但旅遊的朋友可以看到，也希望老闆可以多看看，如果設施改進，那麼配上這樣的員工，那麼這樣的酒店3到5年裡生意都會很不錯！感謝管家小凱🙏

作為職業出差住酒店頻率很高的我來説入住體驗不錯，當天叫了車到酒店，管家就迎上來直接幫我接了行李，並引導到前台辦理了入住。全程省心。貼心告知了酒店配備的枕頭軟硬程度等一些個性化的服務了並一路將我引導至客房介紹客房的設備如何使用。這點第一次碰到有這樣的服務，要給點贊好評！房間燈光舒適，不會刺眼，個人特別討厭探照燈一樣的燈光。酒店房間清爽乾淨，安靜舒適應該晚上能睡個好覺。。晚上去健身中心跑了一會步，跑步機正對着花園，這點感覺非常不錯。户外有個很大的花園，跑完步洗完澡晚上點了杯茶坐在户外，酒店用的茶還挺不錯。運動完在花園小坐整個人都放鬆下來了。房間裏的床品柔軟體感舒適，並貼心的配置了兩套軟硬枕，當晚的睡眠質量非常不錯。窗簾一點都不透光，睡得差點錯過了早餐。早餐中規中矩，挺豐富的，因為下樓比較晚，廚房還特別給重新新煎了太陽蛋。整個行程比較緊湊，整體入住酒店感覺還是讓人很放鬆，很貼心。下次來安吉還會選擇入住。給好評！

酒店不管是環境還是設施都非常OK，泳池，健身房都有，在酒店住了好幾天也加了管家小環環的徽信，管家的服務真的是非常的好，耐心詳細的介紹了酒店周邊好吃好玩的地方，酒店房間衞生也乾淨整潔，早餐也好吃，下次來安吉還是會繼續住星辰雅閣大酒店。

和閨蜜一起約好去安吉找朋友玩，搜尋了很多家酒店，最後找了在朋友家附近的酒店。雖然網評分不高，我個人覺得不管是硬件還是軟件上是比評分要好的。我比較喜歡這個酒店的裝修風格，看着也挺新的，有工作人員添加微信，解決在店需求，對於我這樣的一個社恐還是挺好的，服務不錯！下次再來！

南京去安吉玩了幾天，最後一天住的雅閣酒店，五星級的服務三星級的價格，性價比很高，房間色調很喜歡的，特別是地理位置優越，離百草園很近。還有泳池健身房，不過玩累了沒去體驗。下次有機會再來。
