Incompetenti è dir poco , alle 8 del mattino bussano alla porta per riordinare la stanza , stavamo ancora dormendo e continuavano a bussare ! Finché non mi sono alzata per dirgli che eravamo in ferie e che dormivano ancora tutti!Nel rifare i letti mi hanno rotto il ricarica cellulare neanche una scusa !!! Il giorno della partenza avevo la bimba di 3 anni con la febbre alta ho liberato la stanza alle 10:40 anziché alle 10 e mi sono sentita dire che si sarebbero dovuti arrabbiare per il ritardo di 40 minuti ,con mio marito che davanti alla loro faccia stava caricando le valige in macchina! Quindi Non eravamo nascosti in camera !! Pur a conoscenza che avevo la bimba con la febbre! Ma che persone sono queste ??!!! Maleducazione alle stelle !!! Mai più!

Posizione ottima, stanza pulita ed accogliente, titolare e personale gentili e preparati, colazione ottima ed abbondante, uno dei pochissimi hotel che non ha preteso il pagamento totale anticipato senza rimborso in caso di rinuncia. Unico piccolo neo la ricezione wifi, in vacanza serve poco ma se c'è è meglio.

Hotel semplice, molto pulito, stanza sobria, dotata di tutto il necessario. Pulizia quotidiana in camera con cambio asciugamani se necessario. Personale gentile. Camera con terrazzo. Colazione molto buona. Titolare sempre disponibile.

Posizione Super comoda , stanze carine e pulite staff cortese simpatico e gentile ! Colazione semplice ma buona e abbondante ! Per macchine e bici nessun problema perché ha un garage comodissimo e al coperto da aprire con tessera della camera !!Ci si ritorna sicuramente

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere la cabinovia (letteralmente accanto) e i principali percorsi della zona. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad andare incontro alle esigenze, anche alimentari, della persona. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana, con il servizio di mezza pensione, sia la colazione che la cena sono state abbondanti con molte opzioni di scelta. La pulizia delle camere è stata ogni giorno meticolosa.

Punti di forza dell’hotel: posizione, gentilezza, pulizia. L’hotel è situato a due passi dall’impianto di risalita Andalo-Doss Pelà. Comodo al campo scuola Rindole e alle scuole di sci, il noleggio sci si trova a 30 metri. La gentilezza dello staff è uno dei punti di forza di questo hotel a conduzione familiare. Personale sempre disponibile e molto professionale. La colazione continentale dolce e salata merita assolutamente una menzione: buonissimi i pancake! Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!!!

Albergo posizionato a due passi dal centro e dagli impianti di risalita. Pulizia ottima, personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Ottimo personale di sala, Raul il cameriere molto professionale. Già consigliato a parenti e amici. Qualità/prezzo 🔝

Hotel a gestione familiare , punto di forza la vicinanza alla cabinovia Dosson (di fronte ) ,alle scuole sci e noleggio attrezzature. Struttura in centro ad Andalo. Pulizia impeccabile , tutti i servizi necessari (parcheggio gratuito, ski room attrezzata, bar etc.) Camere recenti, in stile , confortevoli e silenziose . Staff gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta; ottima e ricca colazione, come per la cena molto curata. Ottima gestione della struttura .Nota di merito al "Maitre" Raoul, molto professionale. Grazie della perfetta settimana bianca trascorsa al K2. Da ripetere sicuramente.
