The washing machine usage display is different between English and Japanese, while English display all machines are available but the Japanese showed some occupied - the Japanese display is correct. This is frustrating as there are only 3 washer located in the 4th floor so guests will waste time going up and down if they didn’t realized the error.

My family (1 adult, 1 elderly and 2 teenagers) stayed here for 4 nights from 4-8 October 2025. Location is perfect with metro and JR rail just opposite the hotel. Takadanobaba is just a few stops away from Shinjuku or Shibuya by JR Rail, Yamanote line, making it very convenient to travel around.
There are many eateries nearby, from fast food to restaurants. My kids like the arcade at Big Box, beside the Takadanobaba station and easy access to a small Don Quijote just next door.
We did opt for breakfast when book the room and I would say, the breakfast spread is not fantastic, more of average. When going back again, I will love to stay here again but won’t opt for breakfast.
Cleanliness is perfect and staff really friendly.
All in all, we enjoy our stay here.

衞生挺乾淨的，東西挺全的，早餐也很豐富，建議定帶早餐的，日本這邊好像沒賣早餐的，旁邊就有很多美食店，超市，離高田馬場站很近，大概三分鐘，出站過條馬路就到了

這次東京之行反覆篩選最終選擇了這家酒店！酒店位於JR山手線高田馬場站，附近超級方便！酒店旁邊就有一個唐吉訶德，對於晚上八點後日本商場關門以後每天必須回去溜達一圈的地方！附近都是日本語言學校，很多學生聚集地，馬路對面有個商場，優衣庫LOFT都有，地鐵2站就能到達新宿，很方便！還有一個24小時生活超市，晚上可以去買點刺身回房間吃！酒店很乾凈！一樓大堂有各種洗護用品，有需要可以自取！下次還會選擇這家酒店
