No es un hotel en el que cuiden al cliente. Pasillos con las moquetas con grandes manchas y sin aire acondicionado. No hay agua de cortesía en la habitación, aunque sí una máquina para hacer té o café instantáneo, pero no hay café! sólo descafeinado! Pregunté sobre este punto y para mi sorpresa no era omisión por error o descuido… Según Recepción es porque el hotel ha decidió que sólo debes tomar té o descafeinado en la habitación...increíble. Y el agua para el té o la pagas de la nevera o usas la del grifo, que es muy mala. El buffet del desayuno solo tiene dos platos calientes, y la fruta no apetece. En general un desayuno pobre para un 4 estrellas. Una lástima, porque con muy poco esfuerzo por parte de la Gestión, este hotel podría ser una magnifica opción para estancias en Alcoy. Eso sí, caro no es.

Ubicación ideal y por el precio es lo que puedes esperar. Camas algo bajas y colchones para ir pensando en cambiarlos pero por lo general es una buena opción para visitar Alcoy. Hay un Parquing gratuito al otro lado del puente que suele estar libre por si no quieres usar el del hotel

Location is in the middle of Kemeralti Bazaar and close to Agora Oren Yeri, archaeological remains of old Greek/Roman marketplace, and walking distance to Konak Pier, and the waterfront boardwalk/walking path. Rooms were large and well-appointed, and clean. Customer service was exceptional, and staff assisted with various things such as calling the airport to help locate a lost mobile phone (they were successful!). They are located in the middle of Old Town, where you will not see another hotel in close proximity.
