Habitacion limpia, amplia y muy bonita.. mi hija lo paso genial con las Nancys..nos encantó todo el hotel, los niños encantados con tanto entretenimiento y el trato genial.. dispone de zona de juegos, ludoteca, el desayuno todo muy bueno..Volveremos.

Los niños se lo pasan genial y los trabajadores del hotel son todos muy amables. La ambientación de la habitación de los dinosaurios muy chula. La comida buena, aunque un poco cara. En general, recomendamos el hotel para ir en familia y pasarlo genial.

Hemos estado mi hija y yo durante el fin de semana, en la habitación de Barbie. La habitación genial. Amplia, cómoda, muy ambienta en Barbie, y con todos los juguetes necesarios de Barbie. El servicio de habitaciones, correcto. Los trámites de reserva, check-in… genial. La atención personalizada, genial. El hotel, maravilloso. Zona de juegos en la primera planta -tanto al aire libre como en cerrado-. La ludoteca, maravillosa. Juntamente con las monitoras y el taller de maquillaje. El restaurante muy bien. Los menús preestablecidos, con buen servicio y buena comida. La cuestión económica, en general, está por encima de lo habitual en cualquier hotel o restaurante, pero hacer y mantener el estatus, cuesta y hay que valorar que es un hotel bueno y recomendable.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble, está todo pensado para los más peques. Lo recomiendo totalmente. El servicio encantador y el hotel con muchísimos detalles. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente para jugar y dormir. El baño increíble, grande, cómodo y con una bañera maravillosa.

Para los niños genial, el repetiria sin pensarlo. Pero hay cosas a mejorar. La habitacion con juguetes pero todos sin pila, camas incomodas, las cortinas se caen a pedazos. La comida cara para la calidad que tiene. En general bién pero mejorable.

Hotel genial para ir con niños. Escogimos la habitación de Hotwheels porque a nuestro hijo le encantan los coches y se llevó una sorpresa increíble. El personal súper atento y amable en todos los departamentos. Nuestro hijo no se quería marchar y lleva todo el día preguntando cuando volveremos. Repetiremos seguro! Enhorabuena a todo el equipo del Hotel del Juguete.

El servicio buenísimo especialmente El monitor Javi me ayudó muchísimo entreteniendo a mi hijo de 2 años y pude comer muy tranquila con mi marido ..la comida fenomenal..lo recomiendo ..fuimos para navidad y nos a sorprendido mucho la verdad..los meseros también muy atentos ..un servicio inpecable..repetiremos
