I was hosted this week at the hotel, staff were super attentive and wonderful, my flight arrived well before check-in time, the girls at the reception even with convention at the hotel gave mega attention to stay and help us how much when they could before the time, even more knowing that they would have a compromise at 14:00, they were wonderful, a highlight also the servant Cida, who with great pleasure arranged our room, that we had to go running, She was very carefully prepared, and even before I went when I had to confirm my reservation I was very well-paid via zap. I have seen many complaints about a fee that is charged at the check-in time, but many people comment wrongly, there is that fee, but it is optional vc to leave the value in reserve or not, If you don't want to talk about the check-in time and if you want to use the bar or something they take the machine to go through the room, in my case as I knew that you wouldn't consume it was not necessary to leave that 'calculation' value in the act, it's just a way to talk before, The people need to know that before they make negative assessments. The girls at the reception have explained everything to me and I said that I would rather not and so was done, simple. Breakfast is wonderful, much diversity, we love, the coffee site is wide, The academy is functional for anyone who needs it, and the game room is a nice area close to the pool for anyone who wants to relax and see the views, the heated pool, the only negative point I found from the hotel the psychiatric, she could be somehow a little deeper, she should have 1m or less deep, it would be interesting if she had a small decline and reached at least 1,40, I don't think it's a dangerous depth: the room, wonderful, has a lot of takes, very wide, very good view, mega clean, up to the beds, clean bathroom, very comfortable beds, nothing to pay the room, its cleanness and space. In general, the hotel is very good, though it seems incredible that the hotel was drunk, yet we do not listen to the noises of the other rooms, that is wonderful.

We're in the middle of our 9-night stay here in Batel, Curitiba. The hotel is brand new, so everything is beautiful - clean, fresh and undisturbed. Our room is modern and quiet, furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night tables, a small fridge, desk and a large, Smart T.V. The only negative would be the fact that there isn't even 1 English T.V. station - not ONE! Since everything is brand new, our mattress is firm, but comfortable. The sheets and comforter are also top quality ( extra pillows & blanket provided). The premium, cotton towels are thick and whiter than WHITE. The WIFI is strong and the AC works well. Breakfast is more than adequate - you pick & choose what you want; you can get an omelette or scrambled eggs upon request. They also provide a lunch menu. The large, spacious lobby, with a work station, is well lit and ventilated - a place to have a meal, or just hang out. The elevators are also brand new - fast and programmed for each floor. The front desk staff speaks English and is very pleasant, helpful and efficient, especially Emmanuelle! 24/7 security guard on site.

Hotel looks nice but their billing and food service are awful. They refused to cook me a vegetarian meal, telling me I should eat chicken. Eventually they gave me a plain plate of chips. I complained at check out and the hotel took the price of the meal off the bill. Excellent, I thought that was that. No such luck. A month later, the hotel billed my credit card for the meal. But they didn’t send an invoice. With no invoice, I couldn’t claim on my expenses and I wasn’t even sure this was for the meal - it could have been fraud. I repeatedly called and emailed the hotel but they ignored me. Reported to head office also, but they took six weeks to reply and still sent no invoice. Eventually got a local colleague to sort out the mess. I understand the hotel actually broke Brazilian law charging a credit card when the card holder was not present.

Negative points: WiFi was not quick in the room, it was preferable to use mobile internet (which is excellent in curitiba); and unfortunately I heard much of the conversation of the room next door. (I believe that because I have a door from my room to the neighboring room) .

Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

Greetings Guys, I hope everyone is feeling fine First of all I do like to stay in Accor hotels, but at this time it was just disgusting and shameful, the bathroom reeked of old urine, the pool was dirty around the edges and around it there was pure mold including on the white metallic roof, there was mold and paint flaking off and falling on the guests, I had to record those images and I intend to complain on social media about the lack of professionalism I observed at Accor facilities for the first time in years.

I recommend for: - old room, which also means huge. - excellent cleaning and shower - very caprich breakfast - always pleasant and friendly service -wonderful location,it only cross the street to be in the CTB shopping,in addition to several restaurants and attractions nearby -in spite of the location - very central, it is quiet. reserves: - very soft bed ( personal taste and need)- I asked to change my room and I was readyly attended by Caetano, but the truth is that the other room had no different bed, So we don't change the room. (but I emphasise that we have been offered the option with great gentleness) - excellent breakfast with many options. offer tapioca and ometele, but I would like the management to train who makes them because they are not made in the right way. ( the tapioca is made and a pack of cheese and sore soup is placed in the middle of the omelet the same thing). These are simple details that inspired me lack of training. However, we only have the breakfast team, very performing always.

I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews but ‘Great’ is not something I experienced. Staff were unwelcoming, check-in took about 15mins where the only word spoken to us was “passport”. It should never be an expectation that staff be fluent in English (but it helps) however to have 0 communication was disastrous. Even asking for ‘red wine’ the evening after took several attempts. There were several plug sockets in the room that did not function as well as tv remote that did not work. Little things like this I could have reported if I felt the English level of the staff in the hotel was adequate. Instead we just had to adapt. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel in Batel was perfect for my work visits. Gym also had a great view and was spacious. But definitely not a place I’d choose to return to and hope other non-Portuguese speakers receive a better welcome and experience than I did!

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

Hotel excelente! Ótima localização e atendimento. A suíte com acessibilidade na qual me hospedei estava perfeita. Todos os funcionários do restaurante me ajudaram a me servir tanto no café da manhã quanto nas jantas que fizemos no hotel, sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos. Deixo como sugestão de melhoria a inclinação da rampa de entrada do hotel que não está dentro das normas, é muito íngreme. Também senti falta de mais opções sem lactose no restaurante do hotel.

The hotel is well located, next to a shopping and a supermarket. The rooms are not acoustic isolation, all street noise (goodly moved) is transferred to the room. There are few electrical takes, still in the old pattern (I recommend take adapters). There is a TV device, however, it is only illustrative, it does not work (even it does not light any indicative light when trying to connect) - it is possible that it is a problem only in this room, However, all requests for staff to check were immediately ignored. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom has good water pressure. The towels are bitter, old and smell bad. The reception service is very bad (some of the staff, not all). There is no loader, when you arrive with luggage and baggage, the guest is responsible for the transport. There is no welcome report (explanation of the hotel area, location of the room, location and timetables of the coffee, etc.). There is parking (only manobrist), a daily fee is charged (currently R$30,00).

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . We made a reservation in the standard room when we arrived and saw it was small (we traveled a few days ago and had a lot of baggage) we asked to upgrade to the larger room we would pay. the difference. just that we previously consulted the value on the booking website and they presented a much higher value, we had to argue with the value of the site. that ended that we didn't feel confident in the service provided. The breakfast is good, but I thought the site could be cleaner, the chairs at least showed signs of encarditis.

The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

We went down and asked for other houses, and for a wonder, the apartment appeared with a couple bed.We went up very disappointed. The horror films, the photos speak for you. I enjoyed the hotel and the central location.The suite is small but refurbished, well decorated and with air conditioned split. Breakfast is enough. Not much more or less. The hotel was not free to leave the baggage, it was not free to leave the street near the hotel and I had to pull the baggage for two quarters to get to the hotel. They said it's always like that.

This was truly an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Their breakfast is great with all sorts of treats, breads, fruits, fresh juices, among other delicious food. Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.

Hotel looks nice but their billing and food service are awful. They refused to cook me a vegetarian meal, telling me I should eat chicken. Eventually they gave me a plain plate of chips. I complained at check out and the hotel took the price of the meal off the bill. Excellent, I thought that was that. No such luck. A month later, the hotel billed my credit card for the meal. But they didn’t send an invoice. With no invoice, I couldn’t claim on my expenses and I wasn’t even sure this was for the meal - it could have been fraud. I repeatedly called and emailed the hotel but they ignored me. Reported to head office also, but they took six weeks to reply and still sent no invoice. Eventually got a local colleague to sort out the mess. I understand the hotel actually broke Brazilian law charging a credit card when the card holder was not present.

I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews but ‘Great’ is not something I experienced. Staff were unwelcoming, check-in took about 15mins where the only word spoken to us was “passport”. It should never be an expectation that staff be fluent in English (but it helps) however to have 0 communication was disastrous. Even asking for ‘red wine’ the evening after took several attempts. There were several plug sockets in the room that did not function as well as tv remote that did not work. Little things like this I could have reported if I felt the English level of the staff in the hotel was adequate. Instead we just had to adapt. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel in Batel was perfect for my work visits. Gym also had a great view and was spacious. But definitely not a place I’d choose to return to and hope other non-Portuguese speakers receive a better welcome and experience than I did!
