The staff was very helful, the location very convenient for us, the breakfast was excellent a really good hotel for the price, we enjoyed our stay and coming back to Curitiba we would definetely go back to this hotel

Hotel localizado próximo ao mercado municipal de Curitiba, uma região com alguns moradores de rua.. Limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, colocaram um lençol manchado na cama.. Colchão velho.
Café da manhã com opções e bem servido, quanto a isso, não deixou a desejar. Fomos muito bem atendidos.
Pelo preço é de excelente custo-benefício, para quem procura mais sofisticação e conforto não sei se seria o mais recomendado..

Serviço péssimo pelo recepcionista do dia. A Alessandra foi excelente, ela que nos ajudou. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado do quarto e o rapaz da recepção do dia 15 p 16/03 não fez questão nenhuma de ajudar, o ar simplesmente não gelava e o calor no dia estava insuportável. A Alessandra que tentou nos ajudar e nos colocou em um quarto que o hospede tinha acabado de fazer checkout.

Fomos super mal atendidos na recepção, os atendentes foram bem antipáticos, com muito pouco causo. A recepção que os atendentes fazem é o que faz o cliente querer voltar. O cartão para liberação do quarto não estava funcionando, fomos e voltamos umas quatro vezes na recepção, e os mesmos nem se deram ao trabalho de nos acompanhar até o quarto para nos ajudar. Telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Café da manhã, quarto e limpeza, atenderam nossas expectativas.

Banheiro com odor ruim, e sem papel higiênico. Além de todo o transtorno de ter que trocar de hotel na hora que cheguei no local. Família cansada, com sono, e eu tendo que ir para outro hotel.

Chuveiro gelado, ligamos na recepção para resolverem não atendiam, café da manhã com pouquíssimas coisas e ainda tinha que pedir para as moças da cozinha repor porque estava completamente vazio, nem queijo e frutas tinha o único ponto positivo é que está bem localizado e é bem limpo, cobram taxa de estacionamento no valor de 30,00 reais.
