Excellent hotels and staff, just next to the centre The station... very clean and confirmable... super recommended.

From the moment I booked this hotel it was all perfect! Perfection improved when we got a free upgrade. The reception staff were very professional. The hotel is modern and clean. Room was really clean with crisp white bedding and pristine modular type bathroom. There was a hairdryer (as expected) , there was an iron and ironing board (not expected). The hotel is extremely central but there was little or no street noise for being next to a city road and above a Wetherspoons and our room was only on the first floor. Bath towels were sparkling clean and a great size. In room soaps etc were very nice too. I had a great sleep however my husband has a less than perfect sleep due to my snoring and having a lovely comfy bed. Ha ha! I will definitely have this as a go to hotel when I’m in Glasgow. 10/10 for a great visit.

There is no kettle. Hot water at level 7 which only opens after 7am. The sofa bed was not prepared when i arrived and there is only one extra pillow. The front desk was super good throughout my stay but only the amenities not available. No toiletries and no kettle.

This hotel experience is great! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft like clouds and the facilities were complete. The service staff was warm and thoughtful and responded promptly. Good location and convenient travel, come back next time 🥰

This hotel is particularly convenient for travelers by train. There is an exit at the train station and you will arrive at the hotel across the road. Hotel facilities are relatively new. The room will be cleaned and changed towels every day. It is normal in China but many hotels abroad will not take the initiative to clean up the garbage and change the towels. The electric bed in the room is not necessary. The room we live in is quite spacious. It can put two chairs. It will not make a lot of money. The guest experience will be better.
