I stayed here for 2 nights and had a pretty decent stay. The bed was comfortable and the pool is a decent length. As the property is quite long, there's quite a fair bit of walking to be done if your room is located on the far side. Condition of the building might need to be in a bit of repair. When I wanted to use the gym, it turned out that the door lock to it was spoilt and needed repair. I was able to gain access after half an hour. On a rainy night, I found water leaking in, which spread to beneath the bed. While housekeeping quickly came to wipe the water from the floor, it did leave me wondering if there would be more leaks.

I had an amazing stay here! The private pool villa with jacuzzi was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and totally worth it. The room came with a large TV and Netflix (hotel account included) The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt welcomed. There’s a motorbike rental service right at the hotel, only 100,000 IDR/day, which made getting around so convenient and affordable. This place is perfect if you want comfort, privacy, and great service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Especially staff 'Lia, Nilam' was very kind and take care of us during breakfast time. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch—clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything was just perfect. The location is great, close to the beach and lively tourist areas. The room is modern, clean, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. However, the water pressure and drainage are very poor, and there is often an unpleasant smell. Boiling water took much longer than usual..around 20 minutes. The hairdryer is only 400W…after swimming and washing my hair, it took about half an hour to dry and still wasn’t completely dry, which made it quite frustrating.

Location wise is super strategic, the breakfast was good and the staffs are friendly (expected as Balinese hospitality in general is a win). The room is neat, the mattress is clean, towels need to change it has discoloured thou. The matress is acceptable. What’s not acceptable is the bathroom smells, the sewage is so bad, the toilet is has smells of a fish market and whenever I flush the toilet, the odor of the water is really bad. Lastly, the noises at wee hours like 3am onwards, u can hear bagging on the door, shoutings from drunken party animal and an “explicit” sound from next door. NOT recommended for family with younger or teen children.

Hotel was in a good location about a 19 min walk from beachfront shopping mall. First impressions were very nice, pleasant staff, lovely reception. Our room was very big and comfortable bed. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was really poor. All the food was cold. You could have eggs cooked to order but they took so long they were cold. It was a decent hotel for a night.

On the first day we arrived at the hotel, our child went into the swimming pool and cut his foot. The hotel called a doctor, who dressed the wound and prescribed antibiotics. However, due to the hotel’s negligence, we had to spend the first week taking care of our child and were unable to even leave the hotel, which caused us significant inconvenience and loss. Although it is a five-star hotel, there were no bathrobes in the room, and no iron or weighing scale available. On the positive side, the staff and housekeeping were very good and friendly.

Pros: The resort is absolutely beautiful. The service is top-tier. Every single person says hello to you and greets you with a warm smile. Room service was delicious and they have a wide variety of menu items that can be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes.  Cons: The location isn’t great. It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere. There were ants (pictured) in my bed the entire time I was there, regardless of daily cleanings. The gym is not fully equipped so if you are really into working out, this is not a good place for you to stay. I felt the gym was a bit of an afterthought, and it did not really reflect the quality of the rest of the resort. At sometimes there would be 12 people in there and there just isn’t enough space or equipment to accommodate more than three or four in my opinion. I’ve stayed at three star chain hotels that had better equipped gyms than this one.  Overall, you will not regret staying here, but you could get a private pool villa in a better location for these prices in Bali.
