Overall, I can say the hotel is far more out of my expectation. The location is very convenient and easy to get all the visiting points. The room is spacious and tidy. The staff are so nice, very helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose the same hotel if I visit Copenhagen again.

The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days. I stayed here for 5 nights. Have been seeing the exact same food every morning.

Location? Not so central but central enough that is “easy” to go anywhere and also to the airport. No noise complaints in comparison to hotel near central station

Rooms are super small like staying in a dorm. We couldn’t open 2 suitcases at the same time. Zero service they don’t believe in housekeeping or cleaning your room unless you request one day before and when they finally came to “refresh” room they left a set of new towels. Didn’t fix the bed or any cleaning up. Zero amenities provided no lotion no shower caps no toothbrush. Location about 15-20 mins walk from all the happenings and attractions. No restaurants close by. Overall do not recommend if you are on vacation.
