The front desk check in is very helpful and fast. There is a welcome drink for us. The room is spacious and comfortable with contemporary design. I like the hair shampoo and conditioner which make my hair feel smooth and smells good. The herbal shampoo is very relaxing. The room slipper is very comfy. The buffet breakfast is varied with Thai, Japanese,Western cuisine. The is an outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa. There is a King Power duty free shop next to the hotel. The BTS is taking 10 -15 minutes walk from hotel. We definitely will be back again .

Over all is good, somehow a housewarming overlooked into small details, such as a oily printed on a window glass that is very difficult to to see or spot.

Good place to stay in. The shopping mall is directly next to the hotel and there are other eateries & massage places nearby.

I stayed at the Pullman Bangkok King Power from February 25 to March 1, and I cannot recommend it highly enough, especially if you opt for the Executive Lounge access—it is well worth the dollars paid. The lounge staff were the absolute highlight of the vacation. They provided incredibly friendly assistance throughout, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They genuinely paid attention to our requests and routines; they even noticed if we missed our usual Happy Hour attendance or skipped breakfast, checking in to ensure everything was okay. It is that level of personalized care that transforms a good hotel stay into a great one. The room cleaning was always timely and meticulous, ensuring we returned to a fresh and comfortable space every evening. Even the staff at the fitness facilities were welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and the food variety and quality at the hotel's dining outlets were excellent. Whether it was a quick bite or a full meal, we were never disappointed. Overall, the Pullman Bangkok King Power felt like our home away from home. We will definitely rebook the same hotel if we return to Bangkok in the future.

I have lived in Sanya before and I have a very good impression of Pullman. This time, Bangkok also chose Pullman. I was a little disappointed. The service was basically not available. Isn't Southeast Asia traveling for enthusiasm? The first day of check-in was a formulaic service. A staff member put three drinks on the counter where I handled it. No one said that let me drink or....., We booked breakfast on the first day and the fourth day. On the first day, there was a staff member asking for tea or coffee. On the fourth day, I saw some service staff asking foreigners. Several male staff in black suits were expressionless except for talking to their own people with a smile. But there are many varieties of breakfast, and the taste is good. Hotels around 1,000 yuan per night, the service is really not as good as ordinary hotels. The water in the room is bottled. There are a lot of 7-11 around, and the building next door is the Wangquan Duty Free Shop, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The hotel is estimated to be 10 minutes away from the subway light rail.
