The overall experience of this accommodation is very good, the facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the sanitation is in place. It only takes about 30 minutes to walk from the city center and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, friendly, the overall cost-effective, and the stay was comfortable and at ease.

Good location, the staff at the door is positive and friendly, but the front desk often does not see the staff.

Nearby the boutique hotel has morning&night hawker,durian stall, Watson and banks. The hotel provided airdryer (philips) shampoo, brushes. The room inside a bit old but overall experience still acceptable for me to stay for 3d2n. The room space is huge compared to with others.

Terrible experience at Ascot Hotel! Cleanliness was subpar and I was shocked to see such standards from a hotel of this brand. After reading reviews, it seems they've had similar issues and haven't taken feedback seriously. Definitely won't be recommending this place.
