I made a reservation because I knew it was a new hotel. Unexpectedly, Exit 2 of Ximending MRT Station is right in front of the hotel, and Station 3 is just a 2-minute walk away from the hotel. There is an escalator at Station 3, which is more convenient for carrying luggage. We have been here for 7 days, staying here for 7 days, so it's not difficult to find, get out of MRT Ximen Gate 6, turn left and you will see a tall building. Walking to the side, there will be a walkway. Walk to see the elevator on the right hand side. Take the elevator to check in on the 5th floor where we have stayed on this floor. We choose to have 2 single beds, in which someone comes to clean every day. There are 2 bottles of drinking water per day. In the room there is a hair dryer, shampoo, shower cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, cotton brush, comb, refrigerator, quite complete. The bathroom is provided, but the overall picture of the room is quite old. but not humid Overall, it's very ok, convenient to travel, affordable price. There is no breakfast here, but on the 3rd floor they have shabu in case anyone is interested in going down to eat. Walking to Carrefour is very easy. Just walk straight

Excellent location. Hotel is right around the corner from MRT station and Ximending night market food and shopping. Hotel room was clean, breakfast was included in our package, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer some currency exchange (limited amount each day). They also arranged a taxi to the airport with an English speaking driver for when we checked out and provided us breakfast take-out boxes since we had to leave at 5am for our flight.

Great location but had difficulties locating the entrance initially. I was allocated to a small room which was very run down with small window. (I paid for full length window room that shown on the site). I was transferred to the new room after I shown them the room photo which I paid for. They agreed to change the next day as they are fully booked over the weekends. I felt being cheated. Fortunately, the night receptionist was very patient with me. Overall, the staff are very friendly except the one who checked me in on the first day. I could sense her impatient when required for room change and she lied to me that isn't any large window in this hotel. She firmly told me that all the room has the same small window which is untrue. Please be firm with what you had booked and confront them if needed. I didn't take the first room's photos as I was upset for what I had given.

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

Hotel is marvellous, room is spacious, enough for solo traveling. If the room were to have 2 luggage’s, i think there won’t be enough walking space in the room. Toiletbowl and showers are separated which is a good thing. A desk to eat, or do some work or planning for the next day. Bed is comfy and nice. Location is within a minute walk to Ximending. MRT station is just across the street within 2-3mins walk, very accessible.

The hotel is close to the MRT Dongmen Station and has been reached within a few minutes' walk from Exit 1 or 2. It is also a ten-minute walk from Yongkang Street, which is near the restaurant, so it is very convenient. And in a quiet location, there is no trouble like Ximending. The entrance of the hotel has a layout of stone mountains and flowing water, which feels elegant. There is also a parking lot next to it. The hotel is old but the rooms are clean, elegantly furnished, spacious and comfortable. The wifi reception speed is very strong, but the corridor outside the room smells of smoke. Seeing that they locked each group of luggage and then covered it with a net, they knew that the security did a good job and reassured the guests. The staff was very friendly, especially the young male staff, seeing that we bought a hand letter back, and offered to go to the restaurant to sort it out slowly, so as not to hinder others in the lobby, it was very careful. Overall, it is a hotel with reasonable prices and good service standards. It would be better if there were more styles for breakfast food.

I chose the hotel due to its location. It is across the road from the museum, has a convenience store close by, plenty of food places, and a Metro station is just 200m away with the main railway station just 400m away. My room had wifi/internet and a bar fridge. I stayed here twice and was mostly satisfied. Better rooms are on the front of the building. The back rooms have no view and sound carries between them via a light well. English speaking by staff is mixed. They do have a left luggage facility if you arrive early or are departing late. Not all staff understand such requests.

I stayed for three nights. Recently, there seems to be no word of mouth posts, so I hope you can refer to it. As the past word of mouth, it's really dark throughout. I don't know the control of the lighting in the room, and I can open the curtain in the morning and finally work at the desk. The corridor is dim and in addition, there is only one elevator, and it is unbelievable that it is No. 1 in the tango in the Nakayama area. The room with a coffee machine was out of order. I gave up because I was troubled to go to the front desk. The hospitality in the rooms other than the lighting is the best, and I think it is the best hotel since Corona began to calm down and I can go to Taiwan. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom. There were plenty of towels. I like it many times, but I thought it was perfect for hotel life except for lighting. Meals are about a bonus. It was also dim here and it was difficult to confirm the product name. I never stay at a luxury hotel, but I feel that the breakfast level of a hotel in Taiwan has fallen recently.

This place was pretty good and seems to be in the middle of an upgrade. I was a little wary when booking because of some reviews so I should address my experience: Multiple reviews said they find the check in process to be complicated, especially for non English speakers. My experience was pretty straightforward. I was able to easily scan the QR code and get in touch with management, and they were able to conduct my check-in in English no problem. The hotel seemed to be called something different to what it was listed as on my booking though so this may cause confusion, but not a problem. Others also mentioned that the rooms are not cleaned frequently, but I saw housekeeping every day I was there, and I was given fresh bottled water daily which was helpful. The hotel also had maintainence staff arrive doing improvements so that's probably good too. Overall a good stay, I would use this place again in future.

First of all, the location of the hotel is hard to find. It is in a residential area and there is no sign outside. You need to ask at the front desk of Fengju Hotel. There will be staff to pick you up. The hotel is on the 7th floor of a business building. The room is big and clean. It is quiet at night. The wifi is powerful and the facilities are complete. Breakfast is at the restaurant of Fengju Hotel. The buffet is not bad. The location of the hotel is really good, 5 minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, so it is convenient to go everywhere. 3 subway stops or half an hour's walk to 101 Building, 1 station to Taipei Main Station, 2 stations to Ximending MRT, 3 stations to Songshan Airport MRT or 120 Taiwan dollars by taxi. It is also 2 stops away from the duty-free shop, and next to the hotel are Pacific Sogo and Sogo Sogo. The room fee is only 350. The price/performance ratio is too high. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. I will stay here next time.

This is a unique small hotel in Dadaocheng. The interior space is very well designed but not artificial. The layout of the old space is used appropriately in both public spaces and rooms. Rich Garden is a well-maintained, well-run little hotel located just a few short blocks from the Ximen MRT station and the heart of Ximending. Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

Located not far from Taipei Main Station, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Taipei Main Station. If you have time, it is very convenient to go to the Ningxia Road Night Market in the evening, and the night market is just across the intersection. Environment: Not far from the night market and other shops. Facilities: so-so, and many places are dilapidated, and the wallpaper is cracked. The room was very small with no room to move after a queen bed. RMB 350 for a weekday stay is not bad, but RMB 560 for weekends is a bit high, and the price/performance ratio is low. It is cheap even if it is high in Taiwan dollar in a private room with a bath toilet, and it is no problem if you just sleep. Cleaning is done properly. The windows are a little dirty so it looks old-fashioned, but the other places were clean. The front desk is kinder and impressed. No problem except no toothbrush, no Wifi, no refrigerator. Hot water comes out in the shower. It is located on the 7th floor of the building, which takes less than 2 minutes from Matsuyama Station. After clearing customs in Macau, my first choice was to travel to Taiwan with my family. Taiwan’s scenery is still beautiful, the food is delicious, and ********* people remain hospitable and polite! On the first day of this trip, we immediately went from the airport to Beitou and stayed in a hot spring hotel for one night. During the Christmas tourist season, I met people from Hong Kong and Macao everywhere in Beitou, which was very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite scenic spots, parks, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and close to the MRT station. I stayed in a family quadruple room with my mother and two daughters. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a separate hot spring bath. It would be best if you place an auxiliary stepping chair in the bathroom in advance, because the shower area is the same as the hot spring pool. The location is very high and the pool is very deep. It is too inconvenient to get in and out of the pool. The TV remote control does not work well, and Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ channels cannot be viewed. The check-in time was set at 18:00. I arrived in Taiwan on an early morning flight and arrived in Beitou at 13:30. With young children, I could only spend some time at the 7-11 downstairs of the hotel and the park opposite. The front desk staff was very nice, storing my luggage and arranging my arrangements. After checking in, I was given coupons for lunch, dinner and breakfast, and I was allowed to check in early at 17:00. I ate in the hotel restaurant. There was a children's playroom next to the restaurant. Although the place was small, my daughter had a great time. The front desk clerk helped me make reservations for restaurants in Taipei and called us a taxi out of Taipei. It was a great hospitality and I will stay here again. The ideal check-in time is 15:00. 😁

There are UBike available for rent when you get a Taiwan E-sim and register a UBike account. Cycle from hotel to Metro station only 5 mins. Hotel swimming pool, steam room, sauna room and hot water pool are very well maintained. Friend housekeeping, fitness Centre staff and front desk staff. Especially the female doormen, give clear instructions on how to get to metro stations and nearby eateries. Will stay at this hotel again when I visit Taipei. One last thing, guest room is big that can keep all my three 30 inches luggage’s.
