The location of the hotel is so convenient. The staffs are friendly. The room is good and comfy. Will stay here again if visit Taipei.

Hotel is small. But staff are nice.
Location is good, like 5 mins walk from the TaiPei station.
Convenient store is just downstairs.
The hotel also provides “buy for you” service. You can order many famous souvenir via it, it can be even delivered on the next day, of coz it depends on the cut off time

It is very near to Taipei Train Station where can be reached directly by Airport MTR. As we have booked a room of 20 meter square on 3rd or 4th floor, we were provided by a smaller room on 2nd floor. There is not enough space for us to open 2 luggages at the same time. The room facilities are not good for us. For example, hangers are provided but no places for us to use them. We are noticed that the hotel has free coffee provided, but it does not have. The hotel has a rule that they do not have room cleaning service every day. So when having used or almost used the only one toilet paper provided, you need to ask them to get a new one even in the midnight. As for the room cleaning, they only gave us the new bath towels. They had taken away the face towels!

Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Convenient, clean and modern room. There is a few hot beverages to choose from at the front desk.

Hotel is very locate in Taipei station , walking distance to 西門 it takes about 10mins , hotel has microwave , you can reheat the food and laundry service in B1 . Hotel staff are very friendly , there’s coffee machine in the lobby , feel free to use it . There’s many food variety nearby hotel for your breakfast options . Water pressure in the bathroom is very strong so you can have heat water therapy for your tried body.
I enjoyed my stay here also I would recommend to my friends .

Room size is good, with plenty of space to open up one's suitcase. Temperature of the water coming from the shower head can be more consistent - cold water is dispensed at regular interval during shower.

This hotel is very close to the Taipei main station and there are several Hotel Relax that looks the same from outside around the corners of the streets, so it’s advisable to put in the number when you search in the Google map.
Room is small and tidy and have all the essentials that you need from towels to slippers to toiletries.
There is no housekeeping but they provide towel changes if you need.
All the staff are courteous and polite and helpful.
Although the rooms are just next to the street but the sound insulation are good. I was not awaken by the bustling sound of the city.
