The two-day ticket plus breakfast plan is really cost-effective. However, the hotel and rooms are quite old and the cleanliness needs to be improved. To get to Ocean Park, you need to take a shuttle bus to the Circus Hotel and then walk for about 5 or 6 minutes. , but the hotel staff are kind. We have children with us, and they are helpful in adding bed guards and providing cribs. Breakfast is not provided in Yinghai Apartment, but is changed to the restaurant on the first floor of the Circus Hotel. There are many meal options, and Many are freshly made, which is beyond expectations. The pot stickers are particularly delicious, and the restaurant staff are also very friendly. However, there are really many people diners, and the place is a bit messy. You also need to queue up to get your meals. If you want to go to Ocean Park, overall it is OK. recommended.

This is my first time in Lisboa and it is 10/10 for me. The amenities are so awesome. The front desk Vivian is very accomodating. She let me check in 1pm and change the room as I requested with sauna. The housekeepong and dine in service are very good giving all my request in an instant. The one in the telephone also answer very politely. The jacuzzi and sauna in the room is a very plus so me and my friends enjoy the total experience. The bath soap and shampoos are Hermes. The bath salt was refilled as we requested. The drinks in the mini bar are for free. The view is perfect. The complimentary are very good. Only problem of this hotel is they have few plug to charge, and the wifi is too slow but we never mind at all. The swimming pool is quite huge and the staff are very Accommodating even cannot speak much english. Thanks for the umbrella and tumbler and the welcome keychains.☺️ we will definitely book again!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Convenient hostel if you are on a budget. Not far away from most attractions, you can reach them by foot in 15-20 min. Bed was comfy enough, room had aircon. Bathroom was clean and provided tooth brush, tooth paste, comb and towels. However we got the visit of two small cockroaches, which was a bit stressful for the night. No bottle of water provided, nor water fountain.

The room was completely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Most important is, room no. 1 had an incredible view. During my check out, the staff also very helpful and manage to get me a taxi although during peak hours. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to some of the famous places. Superb location if you are plan to stay near MFM (e.g. accessing events at MCC). Just don't look at the map for location advice where it shows 20min walk around the airport. The hotel is literally on the departure floor and right in front of you. Front desk is on the 11 floor and MCC is 5~10min walk from the back door. Great room size and good cleaning service. You get everything expected in a good 3-star hotel. Staff are very friendly and if needed you can exchange cash to MOP at front desk.

Toilet seat cover is heated to your desired temperature Toilet bowl has night lights in it for night use Toilet amenities are of good quality Charging ports are wireless, or using just cables to charge. (They are fast charging!!) Bed is super comfortable and they are King sized! Mini bar is FREE for one time. (RED WINE INCLUDED. YES. BEER too) Bedroom slippers are solid rubber/plastic instead of the usual cloth kind. Free lounge access, free flow of food/drinks (didn’t use them as the timing did not match my time there) Nice small comfortable pool and gym Cons Shuttle bus only goes to galaxy macau. To get to airport or ferry you would have to take to galaxy macau before transferring to another shuttle bus. The view is another hotel that is still under construction.

This hotel is a family Hotel where you have everything within the and obviously the ****** is an added attraction for adults.The free bus provided to Macau is also making my stay better but I feel that the starting time should be adjusted to 10 AM instead of 12 noon. My mother chose this hotel as it was meant to be convenient. To be honest, this hotel is quite expensive, very dated, full of mainlanders, stunk like cigarette smoke everywhere , and needs a refurbishment to charge these prices. The staff were half half - some were very lovely and nice and others abrasive. I would recommend you don’t stay here and stay anywhere else for this price point (at least a hotel that’s recently refurbished).

The location is very good, very convenient and very close to Ruins of St. Paul's. The entire decoration of the hotel is relatively new and looks very bright and clean. There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom at first, but luckily the Filipino guy at the front desk helped us solve it. He was really nice, friendly, and efficient. Although the room is small, it is fully functional and not very noisy at night. The only thing is that the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price? Overall the hotel was not bad, we were assigned a beautiful western style room. There are bus stops near the hotel so it was easy to go to places. The hotel is also closed to some tourist attraction places. The downside is that some furnitures in the room were visibly old and scratched. The inside of the drawers were not particularly clean, but it was usable. Also while we were waiting for our table in the hotel restaurant, a huge cockroach literally crawled in front of us… luckily the staff saw it and killed it immediately.

The front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm.
