The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and approachable. Hotel inspired by the old Juliet's house in southern Italy My room has a view of the sea and the Cầu Hôn bridge, the meaning of this bridge is Kiss Bridge or Propose, this is a play on Vietnamese words. Besides, you can also watch the fireworks right at the balcony of the room every night. At sunset, sitting in front of the hotel with a bottle of beer and a few friends is really relaxing The weather is great with rest, the local cuisine is amazing. If you come to Phu Quoc, I recommend you to experience at this wonderful house

|18.12km from downtownI travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My best wish remain with the staff of the Hotel specifically with the Breakfast room management

|5.28km from downtownThe hotel is good with a green beautiful area. The rooms are comfortable, large bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, fan and refrigerator. They are not cleaned every day and you need to ask at the reception. The bathroom is fenced off from the street by a mesh. Accordingly, while you are washing, you can meet bugs that have leaked through this mesh. Breakfast is very poor. There is only 1 dish to choose from and the portion is small. Otherwise, the hotel is gorgeous, it’s a 3-minute walk to the sea, the beach is clean, there’s a gorgeous view, the receptionists speak English, you can always contact them and they’ll help you. The pool is clean, there are many sun loungers around it. The area itself is quiet. I recommend this hotel to families and couples who want a quiet, relaxing holiday by the sea.

|21.42km from downtownOur Group of 10 arrived at this peaceful little resort and quickly felt like part of the family. The rooms are comfortable with great views, air conditioning and super comfy beds! Their is no beach but a built up sand area with grass for lawn chairs, steps that lead into shallow crystal clear water. This area is perfect for snorkelling, kayaking and ocean swimming. The resort has a beautiful pool surrounded by the little bungalow rooms and just a couple feet from the open air restaurant. The restaurant food is made fresh to order and may take a bit longer but with the relaxed pace of the resort this never felt like an issue. The coral reef in front of the resort is beautiful and one can spend hours exploring bright coloured fish, crabs, octopus and other ocean treasures. Just up the street are markets and places to rent mopeds to explore the area. Resort is about 20 min from Vinpearl resort. All of us loved our stay at Hula Hula. The owners and staff pay attention to every detail of your stay and we can’t wait to return!

However, the resort lobby was uncomfortably hot due to its open space concept upon arrival. Despite this, our room was fantastic and included a private pool. Unfortunately, the resort layout lacked open space and ocean views, making everything feel closed and stuffy. Additionally, there was no airport transfer provided, which is disappointing given the resort's high price point compared to other resorts. On the other hand, the food was the highlight of our stay, with some dishes being hits and others misses. The beef and chicken pho were amazing, but the egg benedict was not good. Overall, while we had an amazing experience and would consider returning, we don't think it's worth the high price for most occasions.

Would recommend. My room is a private double bed room with a balcony and ac, no tv, no safe, bathroom is downstairs and shared. Nice touches like hooks on the walls and linen curtains, books on the shelf. A little bit hipster but not OTT. restaurant downstairs is yum and on the $$ side but not insane. They have the biggest espresso machine I’ve seen on the island so far. ☕️☕️☕️☕️

The staff are so welcoming and helpful - free pickup and drop off at the airport and a free buggy service to the restaurants and beach (5 minutes by buggy so no need to walk). The staff spoke English very well and they were always happy to help (even when it was their national holiday, they all still worked to help you in any way they can). Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced, the fresh juices are a particular highlight. The pool area and the gardens are spectacularly clean and well cared for. The bungalows are small but cosy and extremely clean, with comfortable beds and clean towels everyday. It's usually very quiet and peaceful, thanks to it being in the hills as opposed to being on the busy road with the restaurants. We would love to come back one day, we are very grateful to the hosts for making our stay truly memorable!

Marriott Dora? Let’s start by confirming the room type.
Before traveling, I wanted Marriott to help me book the sunset restaurant, so I sent an email to confirm the room type. The reply email stated that I had booked a garden view room on a low floor, and another email came from the housekeeping department asking me to book a restaurant with them. Later, the room type was re-confirmed through Ctrip communication.
We arrived at around one o'clock when we checked in. The room was not ready yet, so we were left to go shopping on our own because we didn't have a Vietnamese phone call to try our luck to see if the room was ready when we got back from shopping. When checking in, I asked if I could visit the pink building? Rejected. I asked if I could have a late check-out the next day? Rejected. (Compared to regent, not only did they check in early, but they also proactively asked if they wanted to upgrade their room type, and even delayed check-out until 2 p.m.)
At about 11 o'clock that night, my friends saw a gecko crawling into the mini bar in the room. At first, we thought the gecko was not a pest and didn't care about it. In the second half of the night, we were not sure if it was a gecko. There were constant insect-like noises coming from the mini bar, so we called the housekeeping staff to check. After checking, he told us that this thing would do no harm to us except barking, and then left. I woke up at 5 or 6 the next morning and it was still barking. I didn't sleep very well.
Breakfast was also terrible...pho didn't even have beef option, only chicken. The mangoes I was given were withheld and I had to wait in line to cut them, and I was given very little. Then during breakfast, someone came to express our condolences to us for saying ”terribly sorry” to insects. Everything was just a formality, and the service with a smile was considered compromised by them.
Anyway, it was so frustrating to stay at Marriott, but it was so satisfying to stay at Regent. The food at Regent was so delicious and the mini bar was free. Not to mention how nice the hotel staff was...
In short, don't stay in Marriott for too long, one night is really enough.

There is a supermarket next to it, it is very convenient to collect ten o'clock. It takes only 9 minutes to go to the airport. It takes about ten minutes to go to the night market, grab about 80k VND, about 25 mosquitoes. It takes about 50 minutes to go to the north vinwonder, grab about 350k, about 120 mosquitoes. Go to the cable car for about half an hour, 250k, about 80 mosquitoes. Walking distance to restaurants, meat river, pork rice. Walk or two or three minutes drive to the beach.

We had a family room for 4 people, actually two double rooms connected by a door, so we had two bathrooms, each with two sinks, very convenient for a family. The design of the room and the entire hotel is stylish and colorful. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Very good cosmetics made from natural herbal ingredients - shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast is very good, fried eggs and omelettes are available upon request, and pho soup is made. The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The beach is 3 minutes walk along a pleasant road. The lack of the hotel's own sunbeds on the beach is not a problem; there are sunbeds for a fee (100 thousand VND per sunbed), and there is also a lot of shade from palm trees on the beach. Beach towels and bags are available at the hotel. The beach is very beautiful, with white sand. The only minus of the hotel room is that the rooms do not have full balconies, but this is a feature of the building; in this area, all the houses do not have balconies. One of our rooms had a small French balcony; we put dryers there because swimsuits don’t dry in the room. In general, the impressions of the hotel are positive, everything was great!!

It's not big but all the facilities (my needs) should be on vacation, infinity swimming pool, private beach, invincible sea view restaurant, room where you can see the sea from bed, tropical coconut tree... these are enough for me to enjoy Three days. The breakfast that everyone cares about is mainly European and American. I am still used to western food. Vietnamese beef noodles are very good with soup and tender meat... Dinner is held at a restaurant by the sea. We eat very richly for more than 200 yuan per ton. It is acceptable...
As for most of the bad reviews, the main reason is that the bath water temperature is not well controlled. I think it's okay because it is a tropical place. I can wash it in cold water. If I don't want to, I can wash it in 5 minutes. Then it will be hot water, even with solar energy.
In short, it is suitable for those who like garden style, quiet, house, food, and those who like to watch the sunset in pursuit of sea views. You can choose here. In addition, the altitude here is just right, the landscape is too short and the landscape is not good enough, and the climb is too high and too tiring. In short, I am satisfied.

Nearby there is a big supermart, ATM, exchange, tour rental agency, bars, supermarket, beach and top place on the beach for those who want to do a little for the day. The location is okay, about 3-400m from a nice beach.. I like how the bungalows are surrounded by nature, with a lot of fruit trees with bird sounds, frog sounds, lot of flowers. The room was nice and clean, mine has a pool view which is really wonderful. The kind of the owner(Ms Hong) and all the staff are nice always kind, helpful, keeping the resort clean, and smiling. Ms Hong speaks English. I will see you again!

Having a better understanding of the geography, it’s important to note that this hotel is a little out of the main town so it’s a little bit more secluded. Staff were very nice. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set.
Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

The only minus is that from 8 in the morning the maintenance staff starts to make noise with the radios turned on at full volume. Well, if you arrive in high season, then the price / quality ratio is a great option, but if in the low season, when the sea is constantly stormy, then a hotel with a swimming pool will be more than ever useful.

|9.94km from downtownThe Hotel was beautiful and the garden very nice. The whole hotel area was very clean and has direct beach access, you can get towels at the pool and beach. The access to the water is suitable for children. The staff is fast and friendly in most cases but the food service at the pool was sometimes slow and quite pricy compared to the outside places. The rooms were comfortable and well functioning, the bathroom was in very good condition. The location is good, but outside of the Phu Quoc it’s. However, there is a small night market with many open restaurants is in walking distance. Along the beach you can find a nice walk way and the hotel also offers bike rentals among other sport activities. We would go there again. To other locations for snorkeling or so, you can take a taxi and get everywhere in 40-60 minutes.

|10.58km from downtownThe resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service.
It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional.
There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport.
All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.
