The hotel is good and the sea view is breathtaking! But the weather is not that good during my stay…. The breakfast buffet has many different choices and is tasty. But there is no other water sports like kayaking or snorkelling. The only activity is swimming…

This is an amazing hotel. The customer service here is top tier! There was a minor issue with my room but it was resolved quickly, a lovely apology letter was left on my door, AND I was given a basket of fruits with another apology letter. The view from my room (7th floor) was absolutely breathtaking. I am not a breakfast girl but the breakfast buffet is plentiful and have vegan options (which I needed). The hotel offers a lot of amenities and things to do nearby. A nice touch is the free shuttle bus to and from the various nearby locations (safari, grand world, vinworld, etc) AND to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Ralph was also an amazing help during my stay. He arranged me trusting taxis that took me to my desired places and back to the hotel. Great guy and customer service!

Very good experience for staying 3 nights.Good environment. .Entire staffs provide top n excellent service.But there was only one thing made me very angry.When we have our breakfast on 10 July 2026,I went to the counter of hand made coffee and requested 3 iced latte to take away.,the one serving with Name Batch'Hang'(a young woman)told me to wait for 5 mins since she could not find those disposable plastic cups and she was busy.After a while,may be 10 mins or more,she still had no action. So I came across and asked for my 3 requested latte.Her facial expression was very impatient. Just give me 1 plastic cup for which seemed to be prepared for a long time. Then I asked for another 2.She went to another machine（those machine can make cappuccino, Latte. expresso）to press another cup for me.Then I ask where my third one?She replied me breakfast time was over.She refused to make.I emphasized I have made the order before the closing time of breakfast and she promised to make the 3 iced latte.At this moment, I said I would make complaint afterwards and ask for her name.She just hidden herself understeer cupboard and refused to show her name badge. Does this is the normal preference of Sheraton staff？Can this kind of service level can ranking a 5 star international hotel?

We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was very spacious and had its own private pool. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. Spacious with a great ambiance. They might have given us a room very close to the lobby for convenience, perhaps because I mentioned it was our 38th anniversary. Unfortunately, the public pool was closed for maintenance on the 17th, right when we were there. But it was okay because we had a private pool. Also, the hotel handled it really well; they prepared towels for us. All we had to do was say we wanted to swim, and they'd drive us to the neighboring hotel for a swim. Overall, we were very satisfied. If we go on another vacation, we'd definitely choose this hotel again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!👏🏼👏🏼

We wil surprise swimming pool is out of use under renovation. No notification prior to booking though front desk has informed alternative if using the swimming pool at the next door hotel. Overall, the hotel front desk & housekeeping doing a great job

The breakfast was excellent, with a different selection daily, so you wouldn't get bored even on a longer stay. 👍 The front desk and housekeeping services were also exceptionally good, making our stay very comfortable. We really didn't want to leave! 😊
