Amazing safari resort. Awesome animal experiences in the resort - especially with capybaras and meerkats. Close proximity to theme park. Amazing safari experience rides in the theme park. Located far from other amenities. Food in the resort is basic, have to travel out for more variety of food. Resort receptionists are very helpful in answering queries and assisting to arrange for transport. A memorable experience. Highly recommended for families with children and also young-at-heart. Please request for ground level rooms for mobility-impaired as level 2 rooms are only accessible by stairs.

There is a parking but machine operated. The bed is too soft and not comfortable… when you sit down on it you’ll be out-balanced and fall down the floor. I stayed here for 2 nights and was scheduled to stay again after a day in the south but cancelled it with the help of Trip. com Gail.

191 Hotel is walking distant from TaoYuan train station. Got our last pork ribs bento from the train station. Everything was great for a short overnight stay as our flight was 8am and we checked out at 4+am the next day. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and amenties provided except the window area need some upkeeping. Overall the stay was pleasant for our family of 3. Opposite the hotel there's a big Kuan Nam departmental shop. On the right side, there are many eatery including delicious Braised noodle bucket stall and bubble tea shop. 😊 Wish the stay was longer as we didnt get to explore other area. Thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel is very big and clean, also provides free airport shuttle bus from hotel to airport 4 times in the morning only. Taxi costs around 300 Taiwan dollars from airport to hotel. The shower and tub are good. The problem is there is no warm air from the heater in the winter, the temperature in the room is 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius).

I would highly reccomend even though i stayed just for a night. As a hotelier myself, the staffs services are impeccable. Would greet you when you alight from the cab, and assist you whenever possible. The smiles are always there, which makes the stay enjoyable. I had a complimentary upgrade for the night, and I would say the room facilites are wonderful! A toilet seat warmer with built-in bidet, with sepeated shower area. Did I missed out the rain shower function? Wow. 15mins walk to Zhongli night market, and to the nearest train station. Even walk out of the lobby to redirect me to the correct direction towards the train station. Once again, kudos to all the staffs.

I chose ihotel because of my son. The room space is moderate, the breakfast is semi-buffet, and the main dishes show that the chef has put effort and surprises into them. There is a laundry room and snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day. The hotel is not far from the MRT station, and it is very convenient to go to the nearby Zhongli Night Market. There are also many late-night snack stalls on the streets at night. I only have a slight dust mite allergy. I found a lot of dust when I picked up the items that fell under the bed in the morning.
