Studying in curtin Singapore, it is very close to the new school site, 15 minutes by bus, and very close to Clementi. The hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is nutritious enough, especially the ham is delicious Yes, the hotel apartment room is relatively large from what I saw in a Singapore hotel. There is a kitchen for cooking, kitchenware and tableware. The washing machine and dryer are very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta downstairs in the hotel. The taste of the restaurant is also very good, and it is very close to the west coast park, which is very suitable for running. House keeping is done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and it will not disturb the rest too much. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and livable. If not I like noisy words, but it's hard to get them

The Quay is usually my first choice for my female colleague visiting from Malaysia, and she generally enjoys her stays. However, this time around, we encountered a problem. Cleanliness - 4/5 - The room was very clean. However, when we entered there was a pool of water on the floor since the freezer in the fridge had defrosted as the power had been off. Location - 5/5 - We were looking for a hotel within walking distance of NUS and this suited our needs. Service - 2/5 - Check in was straightforward. Not sure which category to classify this but there was a power outage during our stay which made things quite inconvenient and there was no communication from the staff about it. The emergency light was on in our room most of the night which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Amenities - 5/5 - The provided a lot of amenities, like cooking facilities, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a shaving kit. It was very good.

The place is a bit old, with old carpets and chipped walls. The size is also small. It is clean though, and cleaned daily by the housekeeping. The location was perfect for my son’s conference at NUS. It was very convenient, only 5 min Grab ride to NUS, very close to MRT, and there’s a big mall just across the hotel. (Photo attached is my hotel room view).

Something different from the usual hotels. It was a fun staycation living in a container turned hotel. Very well equipped kitchen with cooking needs like pots, sauces, oil, plates & utensils. We could cook our own meals and enjoy it at the outdoor balcony. The place was so nice & breezy in the evenings, it was so lovely. Surprised that fairy lights were installed so it added to the nice feel at night. My boys loved the basketball court just outside and the stay even provided a basketball! Loads of amenities just opposite at Fusionopolis, restaurants, cafes, food court, supermarket & 7-11. Timbre is also just a stone's throw away. Such a fun and different experience!

I am a regular guest of Lyf with special reference for Lyf One-North. The front line reception staff are very friendly, helpful and very attentive esp with senior. The location is excellent with plenty of eating outlets just across the road. The One-North MRT/Metro is 3 minutes within walking distance. The room is clean with strong water pressure for a good shower with warm / hot water anytime of day. Cold Storage supermarket is accessible until late night and Lyf provides freezer storage for small food items which is very convenient. Self laundry is also available on the ground floor. This is a wonderful place and highly recommended.👍👍👍

Very nice and clean room with fantastic view. Decent size room. Self check in (key generation portion) is very slow. Restaurant and pool is closed. Direction to hotel from MRT is not obvious, so we walk along the main road which is a so-so experience. Subsequently we figured out how to walk through the science park and the stroll experience was very nice, with beautiful boulevard. No much amenities around the hotel but it's an easy walk to NUH and the MRT. Network deadzone, so need to use hotel wifi, which unfortunately is laggy, causing the TV program to freeze frequently. Overall, it's a nice stay, will return.

This was definitely a unique experience! Loved the coziness and the amenities within the container (there are four Aircon units in the room…well-equipped itself is an understatement). The location, however, was a bit of an issue for us. Firstly, this container hotel is located at the back of Haw Par Villa (a tourist attraction). You’d need to walk up a hill for about 5-10 minutes to reach the container. There is a road that leads to the hotel directly, but taxi drivers / grab drivers get lost very easily as the container shares the same postal code as the tourist attraction. Do also note that if you return to the hotel beyond 1130pm, you will need to call the Haw Par Villa guard house to open the gate for you, or else you will be locked out from accessing your container hotel even if you have the door card. But that being said, this location also means that you are embraced by the nature sights of trees and foliages, which in itself is a nice respite from Singapore’s urban chaos. One suggestion that is worth the management’s consideration would be to automatically send a check-in manual to the booking email address (something like what Airbnb landlords do), without necessitating the individual to call up the management and end up in a back and forth to figure out the check-in procedures. I am not too fussy about this as I understand a hotel as new as container hotel will need time to firm up its processes, but this is a crucial step to take if the management intends for this business to scale.

Booked this Guesthouse as my house is on renovation for 2 weeks. Stayed here for 4 nights. Requested an early check in but I was made to pay $50 extra for early check in which I complied to also. The Guesthouse was definitely a great experience. Always wanted to stay in a container which made it pretty cool as it's small and compact also. The hotel ladies staff at the reception are very friendly and nice. The housekeeping guys are nice too. View on the balcony seems awesome staring into the vast amount of terrace houses below and the vast view ahead. Location was far from town but there are buses to take nearby. Will want to stay here again on the weekend again. Give me the same room when I book again. Highly recommended Guesthouse! 👍🏻😉

This was my second stay in this hotel. The room was quite spacious by Singapore standards, which was perfect as I was traveling with my 10-year-old child. The existing couch in the room doubled nicely as a bed for her—something you don’t usually find, as most hotels require sharing the king bed. The view from the room was excellent, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The location was convenient too, with a bus stop right outside the entrance and Havelock MRT station nearby. But, the service team had a lousy assistant (Nicholas) who wouldn’t even take an initiative to lift the bags / suitcase to place in the cab. In spite of my back pain I had to do it. They would benefit by having a more proactive person at the concierge desk

I purchased the Lady Gaga Package choosing this hotel for one night, and I ordered another night in this same hotel. 【SERVICE】The staff was very welcoming and he arranged a room for me even they were 2 different orders. It was very helpful and I appreciated it. 【Trick】When the Lady Gaga concert package on sale, the room fee went up to a double compared to normal weekends (800 to 1600) and it was not allowed to canceled, no breakfast included!! However, the room fee went back to normal price and allowed to cancelled, with breakfast later. Here I appreciate that C-trip afford the price difference and refund the extra cost to me!! I am really a big fan to C-trip!I wonder if the hotel management is playing a trick to visitors, so the buyers from KLOOK would have a misunderstanding that KLOOK don't earn too much!! However, KLOOK earn about 40% marget if we calculate the hotel fee in normal price!! So foxy!!! I was happy with my 2-night stay in the hotel, I would like to choose this hotel if I have chance to go to Singapore again. But I personally suggust that NO COOPERATION TO KLOOK any more. They will bring lfy Bugis only bad influence! 我是买了KLOOK客路的Lady Gaga的套票选了一晚这个酒店，另外再在这个酒店订了一晚。【服务】员工很好，虽然是两个订单，也给我安排了一个房间。很感谢他。【诡计】Lady Gaga的演唱会票开售的时候，酒店放假对比平时的周末翻了一倍，800到1600，还不能退单，不含早！！但是，后来房费就回到了平时的价格，允许退，还含早！我这里真的很感谢携程，他们承担了差额给我退了我多付的房费。我是携程的忠诚粉丝！我都有理由怀疑酒店管理层是不是在跟套票的客人玩套路，那些买了KLOOK套票的人会有一个错觉他们没有赚很多，但其实如果按平时价格算，KLOOK的利润高达40%。好奸诈！我对我两晚的居住是满意的，如果我还有记住去新加坡，我也会选择这个酒店。但我个人建议不要跟KLOOK这种流氓平台合作，只会给贵店带来负面影响。

Booked back the club room again. Our package came with a late check out and the person who served us( Allysha, if I rem correctly) was very nice and told us about this package and even told us we can still enjoy the club benefits etc. I rem the previous time when we came we were only given the standard check out time. Not sure why…… anyway we still enjoy our stay with the services provided at the club lounge by iwan, he is very attentive and will go around topping up the drinks. I like It that they always change their menu. Will come back again!

Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good. Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping. Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel. Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment. Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious ! There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient. Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.

Excellent location above Funan Mall. Central and close to lots to amenities such as supermarket and the train station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Cozy small rooms and comfortable queen sized bed. The only annoying thing despite being on the 10th floor, external noises such as sirens from the fire station which really affected the sleep quality. For the price, I think what you are really paying for is convenience so if you're a light sleeper, maybe give this a miss. Otherwise, great value!

One of the first things I gonna mention is customer service, they are so friendly, warm welcome, and kind. This is an important thing. The location is near the bus stop just walk across the bridge for a few minutes. And the bus stop No. 64,123 I always took Because the bus stop is near the Fort Canning MRT. Hotel room equipment is good but mostly just I have noticed many hotels in Singapore don't use Bidet showers. I got a room on the 9 floor so it was a nice view, the nice view will make me feel fresh and enjoy my stay. I didn't have time to swimming or gym but I went to see the swimming pool, I think it is nice as they show is booking hotel on the trip.com. For mattress I think it’s good for me that I slept well without feeling back Pain.

I am regular in visiting Singapore. To find a hotel with this size of about 23m2 with acceptable price is not easy, and it is in the center of the city. MRT is just outside the hotel. Chijme is within walking distance. We were skeptical when we saw the facade picture of the hotel but after entering the room, we are pleasantly surprise to find one of the largest room we had ever stayed in SG. The room is clean without the musty smell. Even the single bed was larger than other hotels which we can hard turn our bodies. We will certainly come back again.
