For the price I paid, the location was the best thing about this hotel. It was across Kuantan City Mall and then East Coast Mall behind that. Some eating places near or around the hotel although some of these tend to open late in the morning. There's one shop that opens till midnight about 10m away. Check-in was prompt and efficient however I didnt like the room (Rm 213) I got: it was hot like an oven as it is facing the afternoon sun (it was the room behind the flagpoles on level 2). The aircon was set to 17 when I got inside (red flag) and it was just blowing warm air from the time I got in (around 1pm) and even at night (and you can hear the noise from the aircon). I was sweaty and couldnt sleep. There's no point complaining as it was almost midnight (thought the aircon will turn cooler as it was drizzling in the evening). Will I stay in this hotel again? If I get assigned to a better room - perhaps. Tip: Check the aircon setting right after you enter the room after check-in. If it is set to very low (like 17) and the room feels warm - request to change the room.

The best budget hotel in Kuantan. Good facilities, comfortable rooms, friendly hotel staff & a lot of help, the location of the hotel that makes it easy for users because it is close to the city center, shopping malls, banks etc. Very well worth it.

Due to some business I had to find a hotel on the spot and the price for walk-in to this hotel is relevant and there's not too much differences from the promo online. I really enjoyed my 2 days and 1 night here. The room is very small so it might not really suitable if you want to bring your kids. But the room has such a nice deco. They have a large tv installed in the room, a fan, an aircond, iron board, iron, heater, hair dryer and sajjada. They arranged everything neatly so that everything could fit inside that room. The heater works well. The towel is quite old i guess cuz its quite rough. The lock for my toilet door is not working at that time but since I stay alone so it doesnt really matter. They have almost everything at their lobby. They sell junk foods, drinks and also other necessities. My wireless mouse was not working that night and I need to complete my work so I had to get out to buy batteries at 10pm. Luckily they sell it at the lobby so it really save me. The breakfast is quite mediocre, just OK. But its not bad. From the front hotel, you can see Berjaya Megamall and also KMC. If you are hungry, there's Ayam Penyet restaurant just across the road. There's also a lot of places nearby you can go to eat. Other than that, I dont have any noise issue while staying there. Lastly, the workers over there are so friendly. They use a polite tone and they also smile to the customer. There's one male staff who is very good in attending the customer. I literally ask the same question thrice and he still manage to answer with a smile. There's also no problem with parking, they'll provide you a coupon. I'm a girl and I think that place seems quite safe to stay alone. Thats all my review.

There are windows, the room is small, the small double bed falls down when you turn over, there is no table or stool, and the bathroom is also small, so it is not convenient to turn around when taking a bath. Pros: The location of the hotel is convenient and the room is clean.

Room 1706 was OK. But the size of the LCD TV’s was somewhat disappointing because it only serves 32 inch TV. So bad, compared to the value of the TV nowadays. Please improve, at least 46” and above. And also please include some drinking amenities such as carbonated drink or juice given by other hotels. Thank you.

However, this hotel location is quite nearby to other new shopping complexes in Kuantan. The parking lot could use some upgrade though, as it was open space and the tarmac is not properly done.

The second time I stayed, the room was better, the floor was new, and there were some more rattan decorations. I don't know if it was upgraded or redecorated. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still acceptable. I am very happy to celebrate the New Year here, the atmosphere is very good, the food is better, the hotel has carefully arranged the layout, there are dragon and lion dances, there are small gifts, the performances are slightly westernized, the only fan dance choreographed is not as good as the square dance , it is recommended to put some Spring Festival Gala programs on the big screen, so that the atmosphere is stronger

One of the best hotels to date A quality hotel built on top of a waste mining area, the hotel's internal activities include archery, pedal boats, early visits, and enjoy a good spa service at your own expense. The restaurant has good food quality, the rooms are more refined and the privacy is very good. From the guest room to the front desk, you can book a battery car transfer. There is a lake in the hotel that has a good overall experience. The infinity pool is located by the lake. The facilities are very friendly to young children. During the hotel dining, I also met the founder of the hotel, talked about the establishment concept of the hotel and so on.

Good location.Near to eateries.Comfortable beds.I had very good sleep and woke up with rooster crowing as there are a few wooden houses behind this hotel which gives village atmosphere. Very clean and the housekeeping is great.Should add some dishes for breakfast. Food is OK.. but please avoid fried chicken with coriander seeds.Enjoyed my stay there.Highly recommend this hotel.

First time staying this hotel very good, service is good , food is good, room is clean, parking is good and easy, the place is walking distance to tower 188 and kula cakes 🤣 also to streetart. Good points - Clean room. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfy. Bedsheets was nice and clean. Bath towels were clean and fluffy. Plenty of lifts. Shower was hot. Breakfast buffet was expected for the price paid. Bad points - Room was small. Had a full length window facing another block of rooms. Unable to open the glass window. Aircon was not cold - woke up a few times feeling hot. Unable to control the aircon. Bath mat was not provided. Carpet in the corridor outside looks like it has not been vacuumed for months. Keycard was a bit difficult to work - had to keep swiping it to open the door.

Feel honoured of being among the first guest after they renovated the hotel, even the renovation are still on going on the other wing. Very nice staff start from the front office till the cafe (for breakfast of course). Well decorated hotel, mix of modern and traditional look. A little noise due to the on going renovation but overall everything was very good. Nice breakfast, easy check in and check out, ample parking space, clean room, clean pool, enough towel at pool and nice hospitality.

Booked for family garden chalet but in the midnight got electricity issues which the hotel authority immediately transfer us to another room for sleep. Even paid the price for family chalet then need to change to standard room (connecting room) I’m ok with that bcs the staff feels responsible and also friendly.
