So far so good.. clean.. room have bathtub 🛀.. large room..but king bed a little bit small size than other hotels

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed.
The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of fresh options, both hot and cold. The on-site facilities, including the gym and lounge area, were well-maintained and easily accessible.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel.
🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
🏊 The outdoor pool was a big hit with the kids, offering a fun and safe place to play.

Really good experience with Grand Darul Makmur.
My request entertained in a flash.
The front desk offer to help me seeing me struggling carry my luggage and other bag.
Kudos to the male staff who stand from his desk and come towards to help me.
Room and bed spacious for me, my baby and my husband. Will come again!

Nice hotel, largest room in kuantan. It just maybe you can clean up the poo, bit uncomfortable
