Overall not so bad. Cleanliness to be improved. There’s shoe print on one of the blanket.
The floor was was not clearly clean. Some unknown liquid found next to reading table.
I am staying second floor, the noise from the opposite pub stop around 1230.

Everythings just good except bed. Bedsheet seems like not change because i saw stain at many part of the sheets. Duvet cover have lipstick stain. I've experienced power shutdown last time in my room. Already call the receptionist, then they said will send technician in short time. I wait almost 5min. Then call receptionist again. 1min after that the technician just come and do his work.

The location of the hotel is the main selling point, near to shopping malls and eateries. The service is average, although they did prepare vegetarian noodle breakfast for us. The room is not fancy, without carpet and does not provide basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.

Location in center of Kuantan, Complimentary indoor parking although limited availability. Comfortable stay although furniture is quite run down.
