IHG group hotel never disappointed me, great location , staffs r friendly with pleasant greetings ( check in and out ). Room is big with nice bathtub. but one problem I had to raise out. It’s about the swimming pool, Maybe not many people used the pool. I found out lots of leafs and seeds from the plants and no bench while having sun bathing ….

Unfortunately, Trip.com on their website was advertising this hotel as opened in 2024 which was the only reason I booked it. I wanted a modem room. They have since changed the booking page to say renovated in 2024 but this is an older villa. I have no idea what renovations have been done. I stayed in Oaini and the pool looked like a liner had been installed in it. The inside is old and the bath was cracked. The couch was not comfortable at all. However, if you love La Favela and the restaurants nearby it’s in a great spot. It was quiet and peaceful and all the staff were lovely. I would stay again if the price was tight

Everything was perfect about this place. It is priced on the higher end, but you get what you paid for. The attitude and quality of service from the staff is unbeatable. The pool is huge, bigger than I had expected. The water is so clean and clear that you can see the bottom of the pool no matter what time of the day. Will definitely come back next time.

Had a wonderful holiday. We stayed for a week in the two bedroom pool villa! At the beginning of the stay, the service was excellent. The staff would constantly message to see if we needed the shuttle service, or asked if we’re coming to breakfast. This was very nice, however once the more people started to check in the service was different. I found my messaging asking for shuttle but wasn’t available. The breakfast was delicious, many options and different specials for each day. The pool was amazing!!! So spacious, clean, and open for lots of sun exposure. It would have been nice if there were more pool chairs, like for both sides of the pool. The outdoor living area was great for relaxing and enjoying movies. The in Villa bbq was also delicious and so much food. The Villa came with a Bluetooth speaking which made lounging by the pool excellent! We tried the cooking class. It was fun but it was more of a chopping class as we just prepared the vegetables to be used by the chef. The staff were great about spraying the villa to keep the mosquitoes away. It was very helpful. The location was great with many many many restaurants in walking distance. Overall, the Amala Estate is a wonderful hotel to stay at. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great holiday.

I would like to specially thanks Risky, Kiki and Heri for their excellent service! The service is top notch!! They helped to arrange for transport service around seminyak, helping us to book restaurant, prepping our breakfast and being our personal butler for our villa. Their hospitality is superb! The room was clean and breakfast was nice too! Definitely will come back to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Good for families. Rooms and facilities are clean. Room service comes daily and you can ask them to make up your room anytime you wish. Booked on trip.com but prices dropped about a week after my booking and I made a price match enquiry to customer service. Not sure if they have refunded me for the difference..

The decoration style is heavy industrial style, and it is not bright to live in a rainy day. Although the sun is bright the next day, the sun is particularly dazzling on the black leather sofa. The toilet pipe was intermittently flowing all night, this is the only hotel we have not stayed on during this trip.

we were given broken ac, & fridge at first. after complain then upgrade. Appreciate but still the ac is not as cool as expected. Room for 3 but Housekeeping put only 2 cups, requested but ignored. They dont check the pool towel availability. Unjustifiable for the price.

We booked two rooms with my family and sisters and we really enjoyed our stay! Their breakfast menu was the best by far! Right opposite the beach! Their swimming pool was clean and big. Would definitely book this hotel again.

The villa is not well prepared for my family staycation. We had broken tv, bathroom electricity black out at one of the room. Super slow internet even just to watch the Netflix. Not recommended for digital nomad out there. Living room quite dusty and got kinda moldy roof smell when we turn on the fan. Really need to improve the service quality especially for local guest.

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The amenities were excellent, the rooms are kept clean and are comfortable. No slides in the pool area but they had a small lazy river in the sister hotel which the kids enjoyed, they did have a few relaxing bean bag floats in the pool which were good. Downside was that they had an outdoor jacuzzi but it didn’t work well, it was warm but no jets. The pool, beach areas are kept clean and tidy and there were plenty of sun beds. The shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon snacks by the pool were good too. Prices are a bit on the high side but that was expected.

The staff was fantastic, I loved the attention and the atmosphere. The area is the best in Jimbaran, the beach is nice and perfect for children! Also I can recommend the Warung Lima across the street, it's brand new and local dishes there are fantastic!!! Wish to come back the other day

Good overall but our room in the 3rd floor had some background engine noise from the roof. Breakfast used to be better last year, the eggs were poorly cooked (either burned or too row). Staff at the checkout were annoying and started calling 1 hour before checkout time then eventually entered the room 5 minutes before 12 noon although we had ‘don’t disturb’ signal which was annoying.

I had a great stay and experience at the Holiday Inn Resort. I arrived exhausted, sore & with the “Bali Belly” from my busy week in Ubud. The lovely lady at the reception immediately picked up on my state upon arrival. I appreciated her inquiring about what was wrong and her sympathy. The hotel also offered me complimentary ginger, turmeric, honey & lemon tea several times for the issue with my stomach. I found a gecko in my room. They tried to get it out but failed. They instead upgraded my room and moved me to a gecko free room. I really appreciated that gesture. The spa was equally amazing. I was met with friendly smiling staff all day long around the hotel. I loved the breakfast and the beach views. Thank you so much Holiday Inn for making my last few days in Bali Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it!
