EAST Hong Kong map

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this superlative hotel. My stay this time was prompted by a large-scale water supply suspension in my residential district from 19 to 20 July 2026. Notwithstanding the fact that it’s been a while since my last visit, the front desk staff still recognized and warmly received me, for which I’m really elated and thankful. As in the past, I was permitted to check in early when there were available rooms and extend my check-out time until 1 p.m.

I had high expectations for EAST Hong Kong given its solid reputation and brand tier, but my recent stay was thoroughly disappointing. The room facilities felt outdated and severely lacking proper maintenance. The shower in the bathroom was completely broken—water was bursting out sideways from the hose connection, spraying everywhere and making a basic shower an absolute nightmare. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, delivering such poorly maintained hardware shows a serious lack of quality control. It was a deeply frustrating experience, and I certainly expected much better from EAST.

入住辦理高效、地點四通八達、房間空間舒適、鄰近吃逛豐富、服務人員態度親切、餐飲及泳池因個人原因未有使用無法評論，反正比想象中好及性價比高，值得再次光顧.

第二次選擇這裏，主要是出行太方便了。不僅地鐵直接到達，而且機場大巴也就在門口停靠。酒店連着商場，吃飯出行購物都非常方便。

房間算香港較大的了，各種設施應有盡有，基本符合國內5星級酒店標準了，衞生打掃的也乾淨，前台服務很友好。樓頂有看海的平台酒吧，4F有露天泳池，性價比最高了。
