Excellent location of the hotel! Nearby everything, and cafe and supermarket. Service best! polite, always help with any question! You could add toothbrushes in the rooms. Sometimes there was no free water in the lobby, dismantled all. Recommend 10000% ! Excellent hotel

Our experience was great, they let us check in early when we arrived around 11 am. Their staff was very friendly. Location wise, everything is just around the corner. A lot of restaurants in the area. Train subway is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

WiFi didn’t work for my 3 days stay at all. Front desk said there’s nothing they could do. 1st room I checked into the toilet seat was shaky n fridge was broken. 2nd room the fridge was not cold enough. Cabinet that contains the fridge has sharp edges I almost cut myself. Some lights didn’t work in both rooms I checked into. Elevator sensor for pressing floor buttons didn’t work most of the time. Firefighter had to come when 1 elevator stopped. Hallway smells bad sometimes. Guys at the concierge always try to get you a taxi for airport even though u told them several times you’ve booked a car.

Near Times Square, travel is more convenient.

This was a nice quick over night stay! Fish tank is so pretty. Love the fact there was a robe!
