The room and area was good, but I experienced a scam provided by the receptionist. I have consulted the tour advice with the reception, the guy provided me an excellent two-day rafting package that called by a tourist agent. In the tour, that was a disaster, the tour only half-day with 1/3 distance of his presented tour. The cost he charged me is almost 5 times of the normal price in internet. I would prefer that should be a very special tour and different from I found in internet. That was totally scam and waste my time and money, it was extremely affect my plan and mood. I would report this experience to the concerned parties. It really a shame of Nepalese.

I’ve been to Nepal before and chose to stay in the Thamel area again. Kantipur has a lovely breakfast and gave optional for take-away since I traveled to Chitwan. They held my bags in between the two separate hotel stays. Security and Reception were very helpful. The rooms are large with unique decor. Bed very comfortable. Rooftop a nice spot for a drink. Always love Nepal snd the shops in Thamel. Namaste!!

The boss’s daughter-in-law is from Hong Kong, China. Haha, the hotel’s travel packages are quite conscientious and they kept introducing us. But their tour guide was a bit annoying and kept asking for tips to the driver.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! from the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my visit. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Every member of the staff was attentive and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. Whether it was the concierge offering personalized tips or the restaurant staff ensuring my meal was to my liking, every detail was taken care of with a smile. Best hotel. Best owner. They welcome you very warmly. Kind. I really love it. It feels like a real family. At night, I opened all the doors and windows and slept. It feels good. Those who can trust rural people 々 from the first day, please stay here. I think it will float when I try to protect something strange. I want you to enjoy nature with your whole body and this rural area. The dog is cute.
