Anonymous UserPros : Room was nice , located just beside the Lost Worlds , is within 5 mins walk to the Lost Worlds entrance , room has no odours 👍
Cons : Lift access card is trouble , it so hard to scan and we always have to stand inside lift , try several times for the card to be scan , and parking is located at level 3 , the lift access card says “your card had no authorise to that level” , we have to go down to G Floor and then scan card again to Level 3. And also , another side was doing construction works so there’s some noise

Anonymous UserLove the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature.
HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby.
Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Ho FongThe apartment looked nice in the photos but in reality, is quite old and shows signs of wear and tear. For example, the ironing board has holes and burnt marks on its cover and the iron can't be used because of things stuck to it. The clocks aren't working, the pillows aren't comfortable, the bedsheets are not clean (my sister's body itched when she slept on one of the beds). Moreover, the apartment is not sound-proof and thus, is quite noisy at night, as it is located very close to the theme park.
We had problems getting to our floor every time we got in the lifts because the key card scanner is old and does not work well. Likewise, we found it challenging getting into the apartment because the digital lock doesn't work well.

TravelwithAGEThe exotic twin sharing room is big & decent enough for the us, and also it's very clean. No swimming pool, but who needs a pool when there is a theme park just minutes away from the hotel. We had our breakfasts at the cafe located at theme park's entrance. The service by the staff hotel were wonderful too. My only hope is that they should open up a cafe or two at the hotel catering for the hotel guests. Other than that , would love to come back soon !

Anonymous UserIt was truly a refreshing and memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast!
The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

Very nice scenery from the high floor. Our room was not facing the theme park, so it was peaceful, with only a little noise from the nearby construction. The infinity swimming pool offers beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and is a great place to relax. One thing to note is that the poolside floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed.

The property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park.
The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them.
Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.
