Hot Springs Hotels in Perak, Malaysia

I had a pleasant stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, spacious & clean room. The only thing is, breakfast spread might need to upgrade as it is too limited foor available. No pastries like croissant, baguette bread. Spread only consist limited main course, egg station. Hope i could get more varieties on my 3rd visit if any.

Pro 1. The condo located right next to The Lost World Tambun, if you are going to the lagoon, this condo is the right one. Buggy is outside the lobby area to provide free ride to the lagoon entrance. 2. Check in process is smooth c/w digital lockset. 3. The management company is pretty helpful and easy to liaise with. 4. Balcony facing lagoon, quite nice view. 5. Hot pool besides the swimming pool, relaxing. Con 1. If your trip is to enjoy Ipoh food, the stay is about 30 mins to city center. Pretty far. 2. Cleanliness is an issue. Sticky flooring, yellow stain WC cover 3. Sagging bed, my aunt cannot sleep for the whole night 4. Sagging sofa, my back side basically is on the spring 5. Water flow to the shower head is limited. The water pressure is so low and I would say the flow is merely to wet the body. Water pressure to basin is good.

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭

Our stay was fantastic! We booked it specifically for Lost World, and it was incredibly convenient as it's located just downstairs. The host was also wonderful, even checking in with us to make sure we had no issues with check-in.

House wasn't fully clean when we reached. However most of the amenities listed are available. The toilets have some smell though despite being cleaned.

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Came for a specific family function nearby the property. Have stayed here before too. Very good location, easy access, clean environment. Feel very safe in this property.

Close to Lost World of Tambun, clean & 'friendly user' apartment environment, fully equipped unit with water dispenser, kitchen for a microwave & refrigerator & even a washing machine. Can accommodate up to 4 people with futon. Will come again & also recome Pd kwn2. Thank you! 🥰

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.

Fantastic stay! The pool with a hill view was amazing, and we truly enjoyed the wonderful hot springs. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed and very well maintained. It’s just a 1-minute walk to LWOT, which made everything super convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next time!
