This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—convenient for getting around, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible design. Every corner of the hotel has a strong sense of style, with thoughtful details that create a unique atmosphere. And as a special highlight, the view of the pitch was absolutely amazing—it gave the whole experience a thrilling stadium feel. Highly recommended for both design lovers and sports fans
With 100% hot spring water! The room was spacious and clean. Adjustable light brightness.
The restaurant retains its old-fashioned character. The ingredients are fresh. Breakfast options include Japanese and Western.
Outside the hotel is the famous Hell Hot Springs attraction. There are many cats 🐱
This hotel is only a five-minute walk from Nagasaki Station. The room design is fantastic, and the separate toilet and bathroom are my favorite 'Dormy Inn' style. The hot spring bath was also very relaxing, though I missed out on the late-night ramen. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.
After picking up our rental car at Fukuoka Airport, we drove straight to Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch. The hotel itself is like a grand castle, perfectly blending in with the nearby Huis Ten Bosch theme park – quite a spectacular sight! The room was incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Japan. We also highly recommend the buffet lunch in the hotel lobby; it offered a good variety of dishes at a reasonable price. Definitely worth trying!
Very old school ryokan! What an unexpected surprise! The grandfathers who drive to pick up and drop off our kids are all handsome men! The service is excellent, polite, friendly and enthusiastic... One night and two meals are unexpectedly delicious 😋 The room in the new building is very clean, and the night view is really amazing! You can also enjoy the fun of hot springs. You can see the mountain view from the outside of the hot spring! Super high cost performance, impeccable 💯
Very nice onsen hotel, onsen with good view but specific time period for male and female to use the pool with view at 11 floor.
My dinner timing slot was specified to be at 7:30-9pm but when a go in at 7:30pm sharp most other guests are already inside. At 8:30pm food are already gone!
I chose this hotel because it's near the Kujukushima sightseeing boat area, and even though the existing reviews aren't great, it was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend it.
First, there's a shuttle bus to the hotel. There's no timetable on Ctrip, but it's much faster and easier than public transportation. Before 8 PM, wait at the bus stop to the left after exiting the west gate of Sasebo Station. After 8 PM, go to the bus stop outside the east gate. The minibus has the hotel name posted on the window; you have to find it yourself.
The hotel receptionist's English is so-so. I booked a tatami room, which was indeed quite old, but it was spacious—the only 22-square-meter room I stayed in during this trip for the price of a budget hotel. There were only electrical outlets for the TV and refrigerator.
The hotel has a natural hot spring bath. Free drinks are usually available in the lobby, self-service from machines.
The hotel has 7 rooms and has a separate outdoor hot spring on the entrance. It is convenient for some people who don't like to go to the big bath to soak in the hot springs. The hotel staff can communicate in English, which is very suitable for tourists who don't understand Japanese!
It was a very good inn. It's a little inconvenient to go out to the city because it's on the mountain, but the view from the room was good and I enjoyed the night view. The room is spacious 々, so it's a waste to stay with two people. There are 2 types of baths, which are a little small observation baths and large baths in affiliated inns connected by a passage, both of which were clean and comfortable. In the middle of the connecting passage, petit information such as bean knowledge related to Nagasaki and Nagasaki dialect is overhanged, which is useful. Breakfast is pure Japanese food served at the table seats in the banquet hall. It was a small amount, but there were many items and I enjoyed various tastes.
Anyway, the staff 々 is attentive and attentive. Before making a request from here, there were times when he would perceive and speak to me 々. It was a recommended inn for those living in Kyushu, but I am convinced to stay.
The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit off the beaten path, making it ideal for self-driving tourists. Due to its proximity to nature, you might occasionally encounter a few insects in the rooms, but the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. It boasts a wide array of recreational facilities, along with services such as restaurants, hot springs, and massages. The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for money, so you can easily spend a full and enjoyable vacation without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

GGuest UserThe hotel is moderately located, behind the middle of the hot spring street is a large hot spring mouth, the hotel staff service attitude is serious, the hotel is not very big, but there is a hot spring outside, dinner is very characteristic, but overall the price is a little more expensive, outside the whole hot spring street business is more deserted
GGuest UserThe air conditioning is individually adjustable and gets nice and cold. The shower pressure is good, and the bathroom was very clean. The mattress was comfortable, though the pillows could have been a bit higher. The quiet environment made it very easy to fall asleep. The room itself was spotless and had no unpleasant odors. The staff were exceptionally polite and always had bright, welcoming smiles. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
The hotel's recreation room next to the sauna offers complimentary comic books. In terms of refreshments, they provide free cold lactic acid drinks in the morning, ice cream/popsicles from noon to afternoon, and freshly cooked ramen as a late-night supper.
Conveniently, there's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, and Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown is right across the street. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of major attractions: 14 minutes to the museum and 13 minutes to the pier.

SssxllExtremely convenient, just across the road from the station. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM, but you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The room, though a bit dated, was very clean and spacious. They also provide free water. We skipped breakfast since we were checking out early the next day. But the hot springs are fantastic! The open-air bath even offers a view of the Ferris wheel at Huis Ten Bosch. Highly recommend it!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the Unzen Hell scenic spot, making it very convenient to visit in the early morning. The hotel rooms are large, clean, and tidy, and the hygiene is excellent. The hot springs are excellent, and the views from the baths are beautiful. The hotel also provides exquisite yukatas free of charge. The breakfast is delicious, and the dinner buffet is even more varied, with fresh ingredients and high quality. This is a very cost-effective hotel and highly recommended.

AannannannaaThe hotel staff are very polite and hospitable. The hot spring facilities are also very good. There is an open-air bath with a beautiful environment. Horse oil is used for bathing and shampooing in the hot spring. In addition, the tatami is very comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is also delicious. Except for the old decoration of the room, everything else is very good and cost-effective. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel!
