Worst service staff I’ve ever encountered in Japan(no intention to help, cold tone, refuse to take any responsibility), very bad planning resort, leaving their customers to no choice of dinner on an isolated island in the rain. (Despite advertising multiple restaurants and guaranteed fun and relaxation, during check in, the staff said ALL are unavailable. Eating instant noodle for a by right birthday celebration.) No shelter. Inconvenient. Dog poops on the walkway. The so called sea view is like looking at Malaysia industrial site from Senoko area. The “hotel room” is like a huge container block, any tiny sound is enlarged and loud in the whole block. This is the first time I feel like checking out during checking in. If you’re only providing a campsite service, you shouldn’t have called yourself or listed yourself at hotel or resort page.

Like a little club med in Nagasaki. Excellent dinner and breakfast and lots of activities and great onsens. I would recommend for families.

This hotel is a resort on Iojima Island. Recommended only if you’re driving. Quite a distance from the city area. Facilities are good with play for kids.

The hotel is situated in an extended portion in a corner lot of the I-land. Many resort facilities. We enjoyed the area very much. Our room has a great view of the sea. The only shortcoming was the food was just average and minimum. It was also slow in serving - took 2 hours to serve 6 dishes! Overall, I gave 70 marks for its overall score.

Nice resort we even visited.
Resort occupied nearly 60% area of Lojima.
3 onsen areas offer without extra charges.
Worth to spend whole day in the resort, dinner is recommended as well.
And of course, staffs are friendly and helpful, higher than normal Japanese standard.
We must book again when we going to Nagasaki
Only one drawback is light show at night, too expensive and nothing special for us.

It's been 6 months since my last trip♪
I went to the observation deck that I couldn't go to last time, but unfortunately I couldn't see the horizon because of the yellow sand, even though the weather was good😢
However, the tea leaves at the Cape Cafe were amazing!
I recommend it.
There were a lot of 🐝? flying around, so be careful.
I had booked a Japanese course dinner for both days, but BBQ has started this month, so I asked if I could change the second day to BBQ, and they readily agreed at no extra charge, and I had a fun meal. The meat was a mix of beef, pork, and chicken, as well as abalone and ajillo, and the side menu included all-you-can-drink soft drinks, curry, and soft serve ice cream. I was satisfied!

The hard bread for breakfast was very delicious, and I had the Terrace Diner Western food on both days, and bought some bread to go home.

Minato Hotel has three types of bedrock baths, but the rock salt and silica are good. I've been there many times.

This time I came to Island Nagasaki for 3 days and 2 nights.
I stayed at Minato Hotel, went to Island Lumina, Buggy, Minato Cafe, and Tuk Tuk. There are also 3 hot springs, 2 rock baths, and 1 pool. All guests were admitted free of charge. It was convenient as there are frequent shuttle buses.
I thought this resort was a good place to come with family or lovers.
What I felt was the most wonderful thing was the food. The first five hors d'oeuvres, Tamatebako with sashimi, Wagyu steak, hot pot, rice porridge to finish, and dessert were all delicious and filling.
