I+Land Nagasaki

We only stayed for one night to celebrate Father's Day, but we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, it was rainy and windy when we arrived, so some of the outdoor amenities were closed. Despite that, there were still plenty of recreational facilities available for guests to enjoy. Our kids had a great time at the Kids Play Land, Kujira, and Ark Land Spa. We also thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal dinner buffet. It was our first time having unlimited snow crab legs at a dinner buffet on a regular weekend, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the highlights was the unlimited freshly made sushi, prepared by the chef right in front of us. The quality and freshness were excellent, and it made the dining experience even more special. The Japanese breakfast was excellent as well. We usually expect a simple breakfast with sausages, eggs, and bread, but the variety and quality were much better than we anticipated. We also appreciated having the option to choose from different restaurants, and we're glad we chose the Japanese restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The unlimited drinks were definitely worth it, not only was coffee available, but there were also unlimited Aquarius, lattes, and other beverages. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place. We look forward to coming back again with our family!

The hotel which is situated on an island gives users a really relaxing feel. The view from the roof-top public bath of Ark Land Spa is very nice and tranquil. The buffet breakfast has a very good spread of food and the food is very nice and tasty. We particulary enjoyed the short trip arranged by the hotel which took us to the hill top to see the scenery up there. They have two such trips in the summer, one in the afternoon and another one was 30 minutes before sunset time so people could view sunset from the hill top - a very thoughtful arrangement indeed. Our room is located on the ground floor, very clean and tidy. You walk out to the balcony and you will find yourself already on the road along the seaside.

My room is at the old building which I was not informed before I was assigned. I thought they should email me. I was so confused where to check in because lack of communication. Most of the staff, if non japanese, does not give clear information, I felt like they are part-time or work for fun, especially in dining area.

Great stay, room was really comfortable and saw activities for kids i guess. Feels like club med i suppose.

i like this hotel. the food is very good quility..room is so wide😀i want to come back again..
