I had a pleasant stay at Mercure. The front office staff and other team members were friendly. The hotel was very clean, although I noticed a small stain on the bed cover.

Recommended hotel in Bandung! I was just about to book this hotel when Trip.com offered a great promotion, so I immediately booked it. Perfect for a family staycation.

It was an amazing experience staying at the loft...the bedsheets was sparkling clean...towel were still in white colour even some other hotels still used even it had already turned into greyish... The view from our room.. is amazing...we can see the whole town

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

This is the third time my family and I have had a staycation at JSI Resort. The reasons are its strategic location, spacious grounds with lots of green open spaces, and how incredibly kid-friendly it is. - The rooms are comfortable and clean. - There's a swimming pool, a super large playground, a mini zoo, and we can even play in the river. - The breakfast buffet is incredibly delicious and complete.

The staff were all very welcoming. From the front desk to security and the restaurant, everyone was great. They could communicate in English and even spoke some simple Chinese.

The best hotel experience in Karawang, the room, the service, the food, the facilities. Will be back again for sure

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers, it's perfect for families and super comfortable! The breakfast menu is diverse; my advice is to go really early, like 6 AM, because it gets super crowded later, especially during long weekends ;)

This is one of the better-equipped hotels in the vicinity, featuring a swimming pool, breakfast, and even a Japanese restaurant. It's suitable for business travelers. They even prepared a little surprise for my birthday, which shows they're quite customer-friendly!
