The hotel is located away from the town & port but the water quality is the same. The hotel is old, but at same time not clean. Management should make an effort to improve cleanlinest ie. Effort to scrub the toilet wall and clean the windows properly and do not put up the torn curtain. Not a good getaway hotel. :-(

Lokasi mudah diakses, fasilitas oke, belakang hotel langsung bibir pantai, kamar rapi dan bersih. Dari luar bangunan dan area lobby terlihat sedikit seram, namun kamar luas, bersih dan rapi, tidak ada kesan menyeramkan.
Resepsionis lambat, 1 customer dilayani +-10menit, saat high session terjadi penumpukan customer di resepsionis. Datang jam 13.50 baru bisa masuk kamar jam 15.05. Itu pun lantai kamar masih basah 😅 padahal maksimal checkout jam 12.00.
Sarapan tidak terkontrol, saya datang jam 07.20 baru dapat makanan jam 08.15, hampir 1 jam menunggu malah yg baru datang di dahulukan dapat makanan utama. Hotelier tidak mengucapkan permohonan maaf, hanya beralasan dan beralasan bahwa nasi nya belum matang. Seharusnya pihak hotel sudah tau berapa banyak jumlah tamu yg mendapatkan sarapan, kenapa tidak di prepare?! Cemilan sembari menunggu menu utama datang hanya sedikit, cepat habis namun lambat di refill. Semoga kedepannya bisa di perbaiki. Sayang sekali padahal kamarnya sudah bagus dan fasilitas nya sudah oke.
