I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Airport Hotel on a business trip this time, and the overall experience was fantastic! Upon entering the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and quickly checked me in, instantly relaxing my tired body and soul. The room was cozy and the bedding was soft and comfortable. All my fatigue melted away the moment I lay down, and the fragrance was truly wonderful! I loved it! The hotel is in a great location, right near the airport, and offers free airport transfers, which is a real plus for someone like me who's rushing to catch a flight. Furthermore, there are numerous snack bars and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get groceries and eat. The breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to every taste. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling; you can't go wrong!

I checked in on December 31st. That day I had a high fever and couldn't eat anything. Around 10 or 11 am, I called the front desk to ask for a bedtime sweet soup to be delivered to my room. The front desk said it wasn't available yet and they would deliver it when it was available. Around midnight, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk again. They said the kitchen was closed that day and they didn't have any sweet soup… Quite speechless. If they hadn't said they didn't offer it, I would have just ordered takeout. Making someone with a high fever wait for over an hour on an empty stomach is ridiculous! The next day, the cantaloupe breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive, and then it was gone in seconds. It felt like this hotel hadn't had this many guests in a long time. The hotel is built on a hillside, and the front desk and rooms are not in the same place. The parking area is far from the rooms, which is quite inconvenient in winter. Regarding facilities, I booked a lake-view twin room, but there was no coffee table between the two beds. The only place to eat in the room was a dining table, but there were no chairs. I wanted to make hot tea, but there were no tea bags provided in the room.

The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen. The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

I didn't tell me that there was no breakfast. I went the next morning. I had beef noodles and beef noodles. I didn't even have a side dish and eggs, and they were not freshly pulled noodles. They were machine noodles from plastic bags. There were more than a dozen people waiting in line, and there was no mood to wait. Specially with the front desk to determine whether there is breakfast on the third day, the answer is that everything is normal on the third day, there will be breakfast, the result is that there is no beef noodles on the third day, the restaurant is not open, haha. Specially set a room with breakfast, the result did not eat a meal, the front desk has a temporary notice. The experience is a bit poor.

OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur. After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

I heard the hotel is quite expensive in summer, so coming in winter during the off-peak season was a good decision. It offers good value for money. If you're staying at the hotel and not planning to visit the Cloudland scenic area, you can ask the hotel butler to register you, and you can enter the park without buying a ticket. The hotel's ski resort is also decent, with fewer people, making it a good spot to practice skiing. However, the magic carpet takes an awfully long time, which feels like a waste of time. You ski down quickly, but then spend ages on the magic carpet. The intermediate and advanced slopes have a cable car, but that also takes a while. If you hire a coach, this time is quite inefficient. The room has both air conditioning and underfloor heating. It can get uncomfortably hot, so I had to open the door to feel comfortable. The courtyard is great for kids to play and dig in the snow. Overall, it's pretty good. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's enough to fill you up. The biggest issue with the room was that the sink's drain would pool water, and the shower area had severe pooling too. Perhaps there was a design flaw during renovation. I always disinfect before using a bathroom, and when I rinsed the floor with the showerhead, I saw bubbles, which means it wasn't cleaned properly. I couldn't upload a video because it wasn't over 5 seconds, so I could only provide screenshots for reference. On the night of check-in, I noticed the water pooling before showering and asked the butler to send someone to fix it. A technician came, and it improved slightly, but the pooling persisted. After checking out, the hotel butler contacted me, and I honestly explained the situation. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.

一進大堂就被温暖的氛圍打動，前台小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住速度超快，還主動給我們介紹了本地必吃的美食和小眾打卡點，連避坑攻略都一併分享，真的特別貼心。走進房間更是驚喜滿滿，空間比預期寬敞很多，裝修風格簡約又不失質感，陽光透過落地窗灑進來，整個房間明亮又温馨。衞生打掃得超徹底，床單被罩乾淨無異味，連衞生間的角落、桌面縫隙都一塵不染，洗漱用品品質也在線，用着很舒服。 床品軟硬度剛好，枕頭蓬鬆不塌陷，加上房間隔音效果超棒，晚上睡得特別香，完全沒被外界噪音打擾。設施方面也很加分，高速WiFi全程不卡頓，辦公刷劇都順暢；智能馬桶、恆温花灑、這些細節設計超貼心，滿足了所有需求。

The room was very nice. Clean and spacious. We arrived at the hotel late at night. The bed was very comfortable; we were exhausted and slept for four hours. Parking was easy, with separate parking lots in front and behind. The security guard was very helpful; he pointed out parking spaces to us even late at night and patrolled the parking area. The hotel includes tickets to Sayram Lake; be sure to tell the staff in advance. You can head directly to the north gate of Sayram Lake in the morning; the tickets are usually delivered on the way. At the north gate, register your license plate at the visitor center and pay a 75 RMB self-driving service fee per person. There weren't many people at the north gate; it was easy to enter. The hotel provided breakfast, but we left at 7 am and didn't get to eat it.
