Hot Springs Hotels in Xinjiang, China

The facilities here are a big plus. The decor is simple, modern, and very chic. My wife and I really love this hotel; it's almost as good as a five-star. The location is also excellent, and they even have their own parking with EV charging stations. You can tell the owner really cares about this place. But what truly impressed me was the service. It was fantastic from the moment we arrived, with smiling staff helping us with our luggage. A special shout-out to our service butler, Hansheng – he was absolutely amazing! The owner really needs to give him a raise!

I really love Wenquan County, and even more so, this hotel! It's very new, but the room smells fresh, not like a new renovation. It's comfortable, clean, and the views are absolutely unbeatable. I could just zone out all day on the bay window or the sofa on the outer windowsill, with the blue sky, snow-capped mountains, and wetlands forming a natural masterpiece. The breakfast was fantastic! The yak meat was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, savory flavor – too bad you can't buy it anywhere else! The vegetable salad was super fresh, and the ingredient selection was very thoughtful, which is quite impressive for a small inland county like this. The hotel staff were all wonderful. Every pretty lady at the front desk was so patient answering all my questions and enthusiastically helped resolve all my issues. There was also a tall, cheerful shuttle driver who was very chatty. He told us not to hesitate to call for the shuttle, that it's on-demand, and he genuinely welcomed us to Xinjiang, happy to serve us. It's a shame I left in such a rush and didn't get his contact info. I absolutely adore this place; it's the kind of place you come to and never want to leave. Thank you to every Xinjiang friend I met here, and I look forward to our next reunion!

The room facilities were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. However, the shower water temperature was a bit inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. I'd suggest improving the laundry room by installing commercial-grade quick dryers. Currently, there are only three household-style washer-dryer combos, and each cycle takes at least three hours, which is quite frustrating to wait for. If you have enough clothes, it's probably better to do your laundry at the next hotel.

This guesthouse feels like a hidden gem! The cleanliness is top-notch – no dust on the tables, no stains on the floor, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive and all very new. The service is warm and prompt; they provide free hot water and winter essentials, and are always ready to help with any request. The room's large floor-to-ceiling window directly faces a snowy landscape, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful scene of snow falling on the grassland right from your bed.

This stay was completely surprised by the courtyard of the hotel! The moment you open the door, it seems to break into the fairy tale world~ the whole open courtyard is more than 800 square meters, the green grass lawn is dotted with various flowers, hydrangea, rose, fragrant snowballs are warm, the breeze is outdated petals light dance, even the air is with sweet flowers. Sitting in the courtyard in the morning drinking tea, watching the sun spilling on the stone path through the leaves; lying in the hammock in the evening to watch the sunset, there are birdsong and wind in your ears, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner of the homestay also prepared rose tea and refreshments intimately, and the details were full! The room is clean and warm, but the favorite is this courtyard that can be in a daze all day. Highly recommended to friends who like nature and pursue a slow life, and bring their family to live next time!

The winter atmosphere was fantastic, and they even offered airport pickup service – truly great! 👍 The service was good. The hot spring pool is located in the villa area, which was a bit inconvenient to get to, so I didn't try it. The breakfast was a bit basic, but enough. I'd suggest changing the small bowls for the noodles to larger ones, as there was actually a lot of noodles, and the small bowls weren't big enough to hold it all.

OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur. After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

I chose this hotel without hesitation because it's close to the airport and had great reviews. 👍 The bedding in the room was especially amazing and super comfortable! Looking at the evaluation, I was quite expecting it, but the fact is that the decoration is a bit old and the area is not large. The included hot spring environment feels not very clean and a bit dark. A bunch of ** sits inside like a bathhouse. I gave the tickets to us and I didn’t want to go. You can consider other homes for the hot spring. This is more than 200 nights, a little loss.

I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!
