It was a very, very enjoyable trip. We booked here because our flight was delayed. The room was clean, and they even provided snacks and delivered breakfast to our room the next day – very thoughtful! It was much better than staying at the Ji Hotel. My child loved the bathtub. The biggest issue with the room was that the sink's drain would pool water, and the shower area had severe pooling too. Perhaps there was a design flaw during renovation. I always disinfect before using a bathroom, and when I rinsed the floor with the showerhead, I saw bubbles, which means it wasn't cleaned properly. I couldn't upload a video because it wasn't over 5 seconds, so I could only provide screenshots for reference. On the night of check-in, I noticed the water pooling before showering and asked the butler to send someone to fix it. A technician came, and it improved slightly, but the pooling persisted. After checking out, the hotel butler contacted me, and I honestly explained the situation. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.
