Hot Springs Hotels in Xinjiang, China

The facilities here are a big plus. The decor is simple, modern, and very chic. My wife and I really love this hotel; it's almost as good as a five-star. The location is also excellent, and they even have their own parking with EV charging stations. You can tell the owner really cares about this place. But what truly impressed me was the service. It was fantastic from the moment we arrived, with smiling staff helping us with our luggage. A special shout-out to our service butler, Hansheng – he was absolutely amazing! The owner really needs to give him a raise!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with new and spotless rooms and comprehensive facilities. The staff are warm and friendly, always ready to assist wherever possible. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea; both the pastries and milk tea were delicious. We even bought some of the hotel's homemade pastries to take with us when we left. Additionally, purchasing tickets for the neighboring hot springs at the hotel front desk comes with a discount. It's a very short walk, but if you prefer not to walk, you can ask the hotel staff to arrange a shuttle service.

I had a very satisfying experience. Everyone says Narati is a popular and well-developed scenic area, but I believe if you can drive yourself, you absolutely should. If you plan to stay one night, definitely enter the scenic area and check into your hotel after peak hours, which is exactly what we did. This hotel is excellent! Even before we arrived, the front desk proactively contacted us and assigned us a butler. They even had a dedicated butler to introduce us to the routes. Upon arrival, a very friendly and handsome Uyghur young man, Xiao Mi, helped us with our luggage – his service was excellent and very personable, a major thumbs up! He also recommended a new route that just opened on June 20th. Breakfast the next morning was also great, and everyone provided excellent service. The manager, Nan, who stands at the entrance of the dining hall, was also very responsible, helping children with their toasted bread. The scenery was beautiful and we perfectly avoided the crowds by going out early. My experience at Narati was fantastic, and I hope to come again! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

I highly recommend Narat Naye Mountain River, a hidden gem of a guesthouse! The location is superb, the surrounding environment is first-class, and you can see the grassland directly from your bed. It's incredibly close to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around. We drove here ourselves and were really anxious because we couldn't get our own tickets for the scenic area. We tried contacting the guesthouse front desk, and to our surprise, the owner was incredibly helpful and reliable. He proactively helped us coordinate to get tickets, and the next day the front desk informed us that the tickets were secured. We were so grateful to the owner! Because of his help in getting our tickets, our entire itinerary was able to proceed smoothly the following day. What was especially surprising was the guesthouse's butler service—warm, attentive, and meticulous. We arrived at 3 AM, and even though it was late, we weren't neglected at all. They patiently greeted us and helped us check in; the service was incredibly heartwarming. On the second night of our stay, the guesthouse also organized a bonfire party, ethnic dance performances, and fireworks displays, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The overall stay was perfect, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I'm already highly recommending this place, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Nalati. I also highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nalati!

This stay was completely surprised by the courtyard of the hotel! The moment you open the door, it seems to break into the fairy tale world~ the whole open courtyard is more than 800 square meters, the green grass lawn is dotted with various flowers, hydrangea, rose, fragrant snowballs are warm, the breeze is outdated petals light dance, even the air is with sweet flowers. Sitting in the courtyard in the morning drinking tea, watching the sun spilling on the stone path through the leaves; lying in the hammock in the evening to watch the sunset, there are birdsong and wind in your ears, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner of the homestay also prepared rose tea and refreshments intimately, and the details were full! The room is clean and warm, but the favorite is this courtyard that can be in a daze all day. Highly recommended to friends who like nature and pursue a slow life, and bring their family to live next time!

OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur. After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

It was very comfortable, came with free breakfast, and the environment was great. This time I brought my dog, which was super convenient.

The winter atmosphere was fantastic, and they even offered airport pickup service – truly great! 👍 The service was good. The hot spring pool is located in the villa area, which was a bit inconvenient to get to, so I didn't try it. The breakfast was a bit basic, but enough. I'd suggest changing the small bowls for the noodles to larger ones, as there was actually a lot of noodles, and the small bowls weren't big enough to hold it all.

看評價來的，本來還挺抱有期望的，但是事實是裝修有點老舊了，面積也不大，那個包含的温泉環境感覺不太乾淨，有點黑乎乎，一堆**的坐裏面像澡堂子，給了門票給我們都不願意去，衝著温泉去的可以考慮別家。這個200多一晚，略虧。

This hotel is practically a scenic spot in Narat itself! I originally planned to book a different resort, but then I thought it's better to experience the local culture. The entire property is filled with flowers, with beautiful views at every turn. Each courtyard is unique and meticulously maintained. The rammed earth architecture, the carefully selected paintings and sconces in the common areas, and the vibrant murals truly made us feel like we were in the ancient city of Alula at night, creating an incredible ambiance. Big thanks to the front desk. The manager initially said they were fully booked and couldn't upgrade our room, but somehow, we still ended up with an upgraded room! Our courtyard directly faced the Narat hillside, and it was the same room type as a certain celebrity, haha! The in-room facilities were absolutely five-star standard, and the decor also had an exotic flair. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. I'm still thinking about the noodles and yogurt. The outdoor dining area faces the Narat grassland, which was so relaxing. The location within the scenic area is unbeatable. It's very close to the Sky Grassland, saving nearly half an hour's drive compared to staying outside the park. This allowed us to explore the Sky Grassland in the morning before the crowds arrived. The bonfire party had a fantastic atmosphere! I thought it would just be a simple bonfire, but they had a DJ, a band, and the lead dancer was super handsome! P.S.: A CCTV film crew was also staying here on the day we checked in. We even ran into Mr. Sa and Liu Xueyi. You can't go wrong choosing a hotel that CCTV stays at!
