Hot Springs Hotels in Shaanxi, China

Reception service is outstanding. Everything else is living up to expectation just like all other reviews have mentioned. I want to praise the nutritious and healthy aspects for the breakfast. We enjoyed the outdoor hot springs with complimentary fruits and tea. The in-door hotspring is clean and worthy, too. I love the attention to details, little amenities that the hotel offered. If there is anything to improve, I would say to have more staff for concierge service. They were too busy driving the buggy and there was no one helping us lifting the luggages onto the car :( they noticed that we were leaving, they asked to help but when the car came, they were all gone, busy elsewhere. So I suggest to add more staff for this department.

Choosing this hotel for our Huashan climb was absolutely the right decision! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the tourist center. After coming down the mountain, we could head straight back to the hotel without any hassle, which was a huge relief. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and we could even catch a glimpse of Mount Huashan from our window. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very well done. The biggest surprise was the hot spring. After a tiring climb, a 30-minute soak melted all the fatigue away. The various functional pools were just the right temperature, and the staff even proactively offered us tea – truly a top-notch experience. Breakfast had a good variety, with warm congee and freshly made fried noodles that were all to our taste. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk patiently answered our questions about sightseeing and even helped us arrange a late check-out. A special shoutout to employee #011! The hotel grounds are quiet and tidy, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both family trips and group travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Huashan!

The hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.  The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside. I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated. I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.  Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.  The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

I highly recommend this hotel; the front desk staff and everyone else provided excellent service. Especially the night shift front desk team – I saw how hard they were working, so I gave them two bottles of drinks. There was a small detail when I checked in that I really appreciated: they put my ID in a plastic sleeve. That shows great attention to detail. The room's cleanliness was also quite good, and the internet connection was excellent. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I hope I have a great time in Xi'an.

The hotel offers a good variety of room types, perfect for families with children. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hot springs are incredibly relaxing. My kids had a blast! When we checked out, our dedicated hotel attendant even gave us a welcome fruit platter and a small gift – their service was so warm, attentive, and patient. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to tourist attractions. It's super convenient to get around by shuttle bus or subway. During the Chinese New Year, there were plenty of activities, including a parade and a small train ride. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I stayed in a great hotel in Yuanjia Village. The location is amazing, right in the center of Yuanjia Village. There is a snack street right outside the door, so you can have fun shopping and eating along the way. The backyard of the hotel is an antique courtyard garden and century-old buildings, full of historical charm. I was able to experience Hanfu when I checked in, which fulfilled my dream of wearing ancient costumes. They also thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. The staff are friendly and polite, and the room is clean and tidy. It must be recommended with five stars. I will stay here again next time I come to Yuanjia Village!

I went to Yuanjia Village with my friends and kids for a two-day trip on the weekend and stayed at Swisstouches Yuanjia Village. I checked the guide before coming and found that the hotel has hot springs, swimming, and steaming facilities. The kids had a lot of fun just in the hotel. I have to praise the noodle area for breakfast. The clear soup noodles, wontons, and spicy rice noodles are all very special! Special! Good! Delicious!

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Haitang Yuya! The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the room was spacious and bright, with a really stylish design. The bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The hot spring water was excellent, and soaking in it was incredibly relaxing and helped me unwind completely. The service was very attentive, and they paid great attention to detail, making me feel truly cared for. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I went to this hot spring hotel for a vacation some time ago, and the experience was great! The decoration style of the hotel is very stylish, and I felt very relaxed as soon as I entered. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and it is very comfortable to stay. What surprised me most was his hot spring. The water is clear and the temperature is also very suitable. I felt that all the fatigue of the day disappeared when I soaked in it. There are many kinds of hot springs, including rose pools and Chinese medicine pools, and each pool has unique effects. The service of the hotel is also very considerate. The staff Xiaolu and Xiaokang are warm and thoughtful, and any needs can be met in time. The breakfast variety is also very rich and the taste is superb. I strongly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely come again if I have the opportunity in the future!
