The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

I really loved this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; everyone was so kind. The cats, Jinli and Caicai, were incredibly well-behaved. The location is super convenient – the subway exit is right there, and Huaqing Palace is across the street. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, it's just a quick walk across the road! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who made it was so sweet. If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

At night, gazing at the starry sky from the balcony and listening to the wind in the mountains, it felt as though I could hear echoes of history. The hotel's exclusive 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service was undoubtedly the highlight of this stay. From hair and makeup to clothing, a professional team meticulously created full Tang-style looks for us. The makeup artist's techniques were delicate, and both the hair accessories and makeup aimed to authentically recreate the splendor of the Tang Dynasty. Donning the gorgeous Tang-era Hanfu, we instantly transformed into characters from a painting. Our photographer was not only highly skilled but also deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture of Huaqing Palace. He guided us through pavilions, terraces, and hot spring pools, choosing the best lighting and angles to perfectly blend the beauty of Mount Li with our poses. Whether it was the languid charm of a concubine bathing or the classic elegance of gazing into the distance from a railing, each photo was like a beautiful ancient-style scroll, immortalizing our Tang Dynasty memories. This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

I went to Yuanjia Village with my friends and kids for a two-day trip on the weekend and stayed at Swisstouches Yuanjia Village. I checked the guide before coming and found that the hotel has hot springs, swimming, and steaming facilities. The kids had a lot of fun just in the hotel. I have to praise the noodle area for breakfast. The clear soup noodles, wontons, and spicy rice noodles are all very special! Special! Good! Delicious!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hotel! From the moment I stepped in, the staff's gentle smiles and warm enthusiasm made me feel incredibly welcome. They were super responsive to guests' needs, patiently and meticulously helping with everything from luggage storage and arranging taxis to answering all sorts of questions. The room facilities were comprehensive and brand new, and the smart devices were surprisingly easy to use. The hotel also provided many thoughtful small touches, like complimentary drinks and comfortable slippers. Thanks to their attentiveness, my trip became exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. This was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely be recommending it highly to my friends!

The room was nice, although the shower was grubby and smelt unpleasant, the facilities were good, nice hot springs and a warm outdoor swimming pool which was amazing! Hotel had free snacks available all day and gave lots of fruit on both days plus free soda, so great customer care, which is appreciated. However, the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, and there isn’t much around there to see, except the hike up Mount Taibai. No-one at the hotel speaks English but translator was sufficient. There is a movie theatre in the hotel which was very comfortable and an enjoyable experience. Massage also available. Huge selection at breakfast although not many guests, hopefully not wasted and eaten by staff. The staff around the hot springs were super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant two nights because of the kind staff and endless amount of fruits! Not the best hotel but no regrets in staying there.

The rooms are great, and the hot springs are even better. Highly recommended, definitely worth a visit. The couple's hot spring experience was fantastic: the hot spring area is huge with dozens of pools, and the water temperature is perfect. The breakfast was quite tasty, though the selection wasn't extensive and could use some improvement. On the bright side, the service attitude was excellent.
