I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

We chose the Retro Era room at Snow Mushroom Hotel in Xuexiang, and it was an amazing experience! The room decor had so much character – old wooden cabinets, floral bedspreads, feather duster hanging on the wall, and antique kettles; every little detail was full of nostalgia. The *kang* (heated brick bed) was wide and super comfortable. The three of us sat cross-legged on it, chatting and playing cards. We could even order food to our room, which really amplified the ambiance. Despite the retro style, the facilities were excellent. They even provided a humidifier, which helped with the dry air. The hygiene was also top-notch; bedding was changed for every guest, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The hotel's Northeastern dishes were also superb – the river fish, *luandun* (stew), and cabbage dumplings were authentic and generously portioned, offering great value for money. They delivered the food directly to our room, and enjoying authentic Northeastern cuisine on a warm *kang* was pure bliss! The service was also very thoughtful; they contacted us via WeChat before check-in to provide directions and important information. I highly recommend this room type for both family trips and friends traveling together – you won't regret it!

I had the privilege of staying at the Harbin Maple Leaf Town Hot Spring Resort around the New Year, and it was an absolutely perfect experience, earning a well-deserved five-star rating! The hotel's environment is incredibly luxurious. Stepping into the lobby, a wave of warmth and elegance instantly washes over you, creating a distinguished and cozy sanctuary, completely shutting out the icy world outside. But the surprises didn't stop there! The hotel thoughtfully included complimentary hot spring tickets, allowing us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor hot spring area, in particular, was exquisitely designed, featuring over twenty unique pools. As the warm spring water enveloped me, I could gaze up at the tranquil starry night and the gently falling snow of the northern winter. This ultimate 'ice and fire' experience was incredibly soothing and unforgettable. Even more memorable was the New Year's Eve celebration. The hotel meticulously arranged a spectacular fireworks display, offering the sincerest New Year's wishes to all its guests. This thoughtful gesture and sense of occasion made us feel incredibly warm and delighted. A special shout-out goes to the young lady at the front desk. Her radiant smile and professional, attentive service were like a ray of sunshine in the winter, perfectly embodying the warm hospitality of the Harbin people. She brought us genuine warmth amidst the snowy landscape. With its luxurious setting, abundant facilities, exciting activities, and impeccable service, the Harbin Maple Leaf Town Hot Spring Resort provided us with a truly satisfying and unforgettable New Year's trip. I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking quality and exceptional experiences! I can't wait to visit again!

Location: Right by the bus stop, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage around – 5 stars! Service: The lady at the front desk was so efficient and helpful. I originally booked a single room, but she upgraded me as soon as a bigger room became available. Wishing her great success in the new year! Cleanliness: All the bedsheets and duvet covers were disposable, which I absolutely loved. Dining: They have a restaurant, but there was a long queue in the evening, so we didn't get to eat there. However, breakfast was excellent, I especially enjoyed the shredded pork congee and the corn!

It was very nice staying here. - The location is great. - The room is huge and very comfortable, with no unpleasant smells. I really like the bathroom and the hair dryer. - The staff are very friendly and helpful. The handsome guy at the front desk can help book a car to Wu Song Ling and buses from Snow Town to Snow Village and then to Harbin. - I recommend trying the food here—it’s delicious. I also had a great time with their dog, Baiwan. She is very cute and smart. Don’t forget to say hi to her if you visit! 🥹

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

Coming here again, another new experience, I feel very comfortable. The environment here is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air here is fresh, the staff is warm and thoughtful, giving people a home feeling. The room is very warm. I will come again next time when friends gather.

The room is super spacious, looks newly renovated, and has floor heating, which kept it very warm. You can see the snow scenery right from inside the room. There's a big yard out back with lots and lots of snow 🌨️. The toilet in the bathroom is smart, and the large shower head made for a very comfortable shower. The bathroom also has a wet/dry separation. You can even control the room's devices with your voice. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff and cleaning aunties were all very thoughtful and answered all our questions. The owner was always available when we needed him, providing excellent service. They even helped us book tours and activities. The location is also very convenient; the owner helped us book a bus that dropped us off right at the hotel entrance, which was great. In the evening, they even prepared frozen pears and frozen persimmons for us.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Hotel location is very good, there is parking lot, parking is very convenient, the hotel lobby is magnificent, the receptionist is warm and hospitable, the parking lot duty staff love to work and help direct the parking. The room was clean, the windows were bright and clean, the bathroom was very large, the bedding was very clean and hygienic, especially the mattress was very good, the softness was just right, the sleeping was very comfortable, the hotel Chinese restaurant waiter was very hospitable, and introduced us to the special dishes. Breakfast is simple, the variety is small, there is no bread and coffee, which is rare in star hotels, so the service gives the item 4 points.
