We visited Mudajiang with friends for the first time and realized it was the perfect hotel for our December needs. The hotel offers several floors of spa treatments (steam rooms, pools, massage rooms, and much more for the whole family). The treatments are very reasonably priced—top-notch (as evidenced by the huge number of visitors). The hotel is located on a shopping and pedestrian street, and underneath it is a giant market (subway). Prices are reasonable, with most items having fixed prices. All the well-known brands are nearby, the surroundings are clean, and the people are surprisingly Russian. Because there's a street with ”local” cuisine, you probably won't find borscht here. Compared to Suifenhe, no one is jacking up the prices or pestering you.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. I had the privilege of staying at the Harbin Maple Leaf Town Hot Spring Resort around the New Year, and it was an absolutely perfect experience, earning a well-deserved five-star rating! The hotel's environment is incredibly luxurious. Stepping into the lobby, a wave of warmth and elegance instantly washes over you, creating a distinguished and cozy sanctuary, completely shutting out the icy world outside. But the surprises didn't stop there! The hotel thoughtfully included complimentary hot spring tickets, allowing us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor hot spring area, in particular, was exquisitely designed, featuring over twenty unique pools. As the warm spring water enveloped me, I could gaze up at the tranquil starry night and the gently falling snow of the northern winter. This ultimate 'ice and fire' experience was incredibly soothing and unforgettable. Even more memorable was the New Year's Eve celebration. The hotel meticulously arranged a spectacular fireworks display, offering the sincerest New Year's wishes to all its guests. This thoughtful gesture and sense of occasion made us feel incredibly warm and delighted. A special shout-out goes to the young lady at the front desk. Her radiant smile and professional, attentive service were like a ray of sunshine in the winter, perfectly embodying the warm hospitality of the Harbin people. She brought us genuine warmth amidst the snowy landscape. With its luxurious setting, abundant facilities, exciting activities, and impeccable service, the Harbin Maple Leaf Town Hot Spring Resort provided us with a truly satisfying and unforgettable New Year's trip. Location is very near to the shuttle bus drop off point (aka the clubbing spot). Owner offered to pick us up when we reached and left. They have a restaurant and we can buy dinner package from *******. The pork noodles was very savoury, highly recommend! A big plus point - able to watch fireworks from their entrance. The room is decent for a night stay, toiletries are provided. Foreigners need to purchase xuexiang tickets at the counters itself. Queue manage can be greatly improve at the xuexiang entrance lobby. Won’t recommend to bring your luggage to xuexiang as it’s packed with people at the entrance & need to carry up and down the shuttle bus, unable to access by other mode of transport. Owner is able to arrange for transport from yabuli west station to xuexiang.

Clean and hygienic, with all sorts of pristine snowscapes—it's so beautiful! The owner is very friendly and can even take you out to play, with dogs to play with! The food is delicious too; I'll definitely come again!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this guesthouse in Snow Town! 👍 Right from the booking, a butler reached out to me. Even before I arrived in Snow Town, the butler sent many videos of the location and important tips (very thoughtful!). Upon arrival, the butler came to pick us up and helped with our luggage. The guesthouse itself was fresh and clean, with excellent heating, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. They also offer dining services with stir-fries, BBQ, and coffee, and the portions were very generous! Breakfast was also provided in the morning, which was great – I had a fantastic trip!

Coming here again, another new experience, I feel very comfortable. The environment here is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air here is fresh, the staff is warm and thoughtful, giving people a home feeling. The room is very warm. I will come again next time when friends gather.

This guesthouse is fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy 🛏️. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. The surrounding area is lovely, and it's close to the scenic spots, making it perfect for a leisure stay!

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Hotel location is very good, there is parking lot, parking is very convenient, the hotel lobby is magnificent, the receptionist is warm and hospitable, the parking lot duty staff love to work and help direct the parking. The room was clean, the windows were bright and clean, the bathroom was very large, the bedding was very clean and hygienic, especially the mattress was very good, the softness was just right, the sleeping was very comfortable, the hotel Chinese restaurant waiter was very hospitable, and introduced us to the special dishes. Breakfast is simple, the variety is small, there is no bread and coffee, which is rare in star hotels, so the service gives the item 4 points.
