I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～

Pros: 1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay. 2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier. 3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good. Cons: 1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient. 2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring. 3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

My wife is very satisfied. I didn't know that this hotel was also a Huazhu Club. It was the best hotel I have ever booked. Because I had to take an exam nearby, I decided to book this hotel. I didn’t expect it to be so convenient. It was a few hundred meters away from the examination room and a few hundred meters away from the shopping mall. It was especially convenient to eat. The door was the airport bus stop. The staff saw that I had a lot of things and sent me to the car. Miss sister also touched her head. I was really sorry to say that I was afraid of the cold and sent a small heating, but it was not cold. The breakfast was delicious. I like the Russian barbecue. Anyway, the service is very intimate, the location is very convenient, one hundred points!

This is the best hotel I've stayed in during my trip to Northeast China. The rooms are incredibly spacious. I booked a 60-square-meter deluxe twin room, but upon arrival, they upgraded me to a 65-square-meter twin suite free of charge. The hotel's dining options are excellent, with plenty of private rooms that are exceptionally clean and elegant. The breakfast menu is extensive, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. This is a hotel worth visiting.

We stayed here with our 4-year-old child and had a very pleasant experience. The guesthouse area is beautiful and well maintained. There is a front yard where children can freely play in the snow, build snowmen, and enjoy winter activities. When it gets too cold, you can simply go back inside the house without needing to walk far. The guesthouse is also conveniently located near an amusement park and a large stage. In the evenings, there are bonfires and fireworks starting from 7:00 PM, which adds to the overall experience. The amusement park is more than sufficient for young children. For those looking for more adventure, the owner can help arrange activities such as fishing, skiing, snowboarding, or snowmobile rides at nearby locations within about 3 km. There is really no need to travel far to places like Wusongling or Bear Hills, as there are plenty of activities available nearby, and the area is not crowded. The only downside is that there is no ski conveyor or lift, so you need to walk uphill if you want to ski again.

The service is very thoughtful, the staff is very enthusiastic, which makes me feel very warm. I will choose to stay next time. The room has a wide view, bright sunshine, and comfortable beds. It is very convenient to go out to the bus stop. The room is clean and sanitary. I like it😍😍

The guest room facilities are old, the hygiene is okay, but it is not soundproof and very noisy. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The hot spring is terrible. I read the reviews online and found that some slides and hot spring pools are not open. My twelve-year-old child cannot play on the children's slide, so I went to the hot spring front desk in the morning and asked specifically whether all the amusement facilities were open. A male ticket counter said yes, so I decided to stay in this hotel. As a result, all the large slides were not open, and part of the hot spring pool was not open. It was very cold and dirty. The child was sick the next day. It was too bad.

No welcome whatsoever. After checking in, I had to drag my own luggage to the room. No one offered to help; the staff just stood there, looking and smiling, without offering any assistance. There were also no activity recommendations. That's enough for me. I stayed here for two consecutive years, but I won't be coming back again. #Villa 4

Sister Li was incredibly welcoming. Our two-day trip to Xuegu felt like staying at a relative's house! The courtyard was romantically decorated, and they even provided lots of outfits for us to wear and take photos. My favorite part was the snow-covered hot springs. The staff were practically always there. No matter how late we got back, they'd keep the hot springs open for us whenever we wanted to soak. They'd cover the rooms with the heating back up whenever we were done. I was so happy with the service! Xuegu is quite rustic, so finding places to eat isn't very convenient, but we could eat at Sister Li's place. They have a menu, and they'll cook whatever we want. The cook is incredibly gentle, and her food is delicious and authentic. It felt like having family cooking for us at home—so warm and welcoming. They even taught us how to make candied hawthorns! When we went to Wusong Ridge, a young man took us there, accompanying us the whole time, taking photos and videos, showing us how to pose for photos, and pointing out the best spots for Instagram-worthy shots. We had such a fantastic time! If I had to sum up this trip, it would be ”warmth and romance!”
