Hot Springs Hotels in Guizhou, China

I stayed here once for a business trip, and at that time, the room had cleanliness issues and mosquitoes. The hotel proactively contacted me to apologize and promised to improve room hygiene and mosquito control procedures. This time, my girlfriend visited Wanfenglin, and I booked a king room for her again. I didn't go myself, but my girlfriend was very satisfied. She reported that the room's cleanliness was excellent, and there were no mosquito problems. The staff were as warm and attentive as ever. Although this courtyard view room is on the first floor, the view is superb. However, if privacy is a major concern, I wouldn't recommend it, as there's no private balcony. It's clear that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback and has made real improvements to the details. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Wanfenglin.

I held off on writing this review because I was so incredibly satisfied! So, so satisfied! This was my second trip to Xingyi, and I convinced my international friends to choose Wanfenglin over Yangshuo. This hotel made our trip perfect from start to finish. The staff were all efficient, warm, and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a car rental, sending a package, or doing laundry. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and on warm evenings, they even offered iced mung bean porridge. When we left, they gave us a gift of colorful rice, which was such a touching gesture! The room was clean and tidy, with a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Before bed, I even did some stretches following along on the large TV. And the stunning view from the window? That goes without saying! Don't forget to wear something nice and head up to the rooftop for some beautiful photos. The village is very quiet at night, so you don't need to worry about noise. Rent a bicycle and you can get to the Lower Nahui market in just 10 minutes. In the early morning or evening, take a stroll down to the boardwalk to see the dam and the large waterwheel, then wander through the fields – it's incredibly pleasant! Thank you, ladies! After planning my trip to Huangguoshu, I chose the Banyan Tree. Upon arrival, I received a room upgrade. The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the breakfast is quite varied. The main advantage is its convenient proximity to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, saving a lot of travel time. After exploring, I could just head straight back to my room to relax! I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the evening, and the food was delicious!

Rongjiang Fenghua Lizhi Hotel boasts a convenient location near the village's sports field, offering easy access to transportation and parking. The rooms are clean and tidy, with relatively new facilities, fully functional smart home systems, comfortable bedding, and reliable soundproofing and hot water. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing quick check-in and even offering local travel tips. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and a comfortable stay, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended.

Hotel location was not favourable. It cost around 2hrs car-ride to get there from The Mountain Fanjing. However hot-spring was wonderful at the hotel. I stayed there for 6nights, I saw my skin quality improved. Breakfast was delicious. And service was good at the breakfast section . But the service was not pleasant at the hotel front reception. I asked them to help booking a return taxi to Tongren south station but they were not trying help at the first time ; I kept asking them to help doing so, few days later, it was finally setting down. I felt very tired to do such arrangement …….Normally hotels are having taxi booking services , and getting down only by informing the date of leaving , and the budge of cost . That’s all! Then you can have a peaceful of mind to enjoying the stay. .

The hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, meeting five-star standards. After breakfast, strolling around the grounds and soaking in the hot springs was very relaxing. However, the breakfast and cleanliness were just average; the floor tiles didn't look very clean, and while the breakfast looked plentiful, there wasn't much to eat. The overall service was poor, mainly due to staff shortages. We had booked a tour bus, and they kept saying it was almost there, but it never arrived. After waiting for over 40 minutes, we had to yell at the front desk, and finally they said the bus had gone to refuel… Out of desperation, we questioned the front desk whether, if this caused delays to our entire trip, we would also be given a delayed check-out, just like with service delays. Immediately, a staff member drove us around themselves… This service is something for others to judge 😂. Speaking of check-out, we handed our room keys to the front desk and left around 11:00 AM, but the staff called us again at 2:30 PM to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, saying we hadn't checked out…

My stay at the Poly International Hot Spring Hotel's King Room was absolutely perfect! The service was attentive throughout: the front desk staff were warm and efficient, greeting guests and checking us in quickly. Room service was prompt and responsive to our needs, and we even received complimentary fresh fruit upon arrival – such thoughtful touches. The package included unlimited access to the hot springs for two, featuring deep natural spring water and a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with different benefits (like herbal baths and petal pools). After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and all my fatigue melted away. The breakfast spread was extensive, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialties, and everything tasted delicious.

This B&B is conveniently located close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. The environment is beautiful, and the facilities are comprehensive, even boasting an elevator. The breakfast spread is generous, and there are many dining options nearby. The owner and staff were incredibly thoughtful; they not only upgraded our room for free but also helped us with our luggage. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a wet/dry separation in the bathroom and a full range of toiletries, including excellent shampoo. There's also a terrace on the 7th floor with a great view. Overall, it was an excellent experience for a family trip.

The hotel rooms come with a private hot spring tub, which is nice, and the breakfast is decent. The service is pretty standard. However, I have to point out two major issues. First, the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. It's an absolute nightmare if you get a tour group next door; they make a lot of noise coming and going, making it impossible to rest. Second, the hot spring hotel and the regular guesthouse are in two separate buildings. To eat at the hotel, you have to go down to the basement, cross through a corridor, and then go up to the sixth floor of the other building, which is very inconvenient.

I have to give a great review for our stay at Kaiyuan Manju Hotel Huangguoshu with our child this time! A special thanks to staff member Lanlan for kindly helping us to upgrade our room type, which was much more spacious and comfortable, making our little one very happy. The hotel really gives off a strong vacation vibe, and there are so many fun amenities! There's a huge lawn for running and playing soccer, a cool and refreshing outdoor pool, and even a cute small animal farm. You can easily spend the whole day relaxing and having fun with the kids at the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes by taxi to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, and less than a twenty-minute walk. We relaxed and played at the hotel during the day, then went to see the waterfall in the afternoon to avoid the crowds, which made the viewing experience absolutely perfect! This is our top choice for family trips, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we come to Huangguoshu ✨
