Overall, for a hostel this was a good experience! I was not worried about safety because there was a safe in our room that was big enough to hold valuables like laptops. However, because it was a hostel the cleanliness of the room and shared bathrooms were average, but good enough for a one-night stay. The restaurant had very slow service because everything is cooked to order. I waited around 45 min for breakfast when only one person had placed an order before me. That said, it was delicious. I think this hostel has a great location near the airport and I appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and daily shuttle to the falls.
I used this hostel for a solo backpacking trip. When I stayed, there didn't seem to be any other solo travelers, so I had the room all to myself.
The staff were kind and polite, and the cleanliness was standard for a dormitory. Details are as follows:
Wi-Fi was only available around the reception area, not in the rooms. The showers had hot water. I visited in April, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the shower room, which was a bit disappointing. Waking up the next morning to a large spider on my pillow was a little scary, but I guess that's typical of Africa, haha.
There's no air conditioning in the room, and the fans on each bed don't work, so I think it would be hot in the summer.
There's a tap with drinkable water, which was convenient. The location is perfect, and they'll store your luggage in a lockable room.
The staff here were very kind and wonderful, but there was one disappointing incident regarding another guest. This isn't related to the hostel itself, so I haven't included it in the rating. It's just a warning for other guests. During my stay, a traveler from Namibia, around 40 years old, approached me and we exchanged greetings. Then, without even much conversation, this person subjected me to sexual harassment that I don't want to write about here, and continued to make sexual advances afterward. No matter how many times I refused or ignored him, he kept going. There was only Wi-Fi at the reception, so I had to use it minimally before returning to my room. I was terrified of what would happen if he followed me to my room at night or ambushed me in the shower room. I considered talking to the staff, but I was afraid that he would become enraged if the staff intervened, so I ended up not saying anything.
While there's always a possibility of encountering such people in a dormitory, it was truly disgusting. He said he uses this place often, so please be careful.
This hotel is located in the center of Livingstone, across the road is a large supermarket Sprit, and there are some restaurants and shops around, which is very convenient. The hotel room is small, but very clean, the wifi signal is well covered, the garden lawn inside is very well maintained, I like it very much. It was 8 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind and upgraded our room. Thank you very much! This is a good hotel worth recommending.

It was really nice. The staff were welcoming and friendly. And the place is clean. The only problem I had was when there was no electricity but other than that, really nice.
